The hotel and staff are very good. Clean and in centre, close to China Town and Hop on Hop off busses. However In an alleyway at side of hotel is the overflow for people at the Irish Bank Pub (an excellent pub for food etc.,) They celebrated an early St., Patricks day with full volume huge speakers in the alleyway...

This hotel is nothing fancy, but is in a good location and the staff were very friendly. The rooms were very clean and well prepared and the wash and shower facilities were good. Every time I spoke with the hotel staff they were always helpful and friendly. Probably the only thing that was missing was the lack of breakfast, but...

This is a great spot for a weekend in San Francisco. It has several restaurants within walking distance and is convenient to major tourist attractions such as Fisherman's Wharf, Ghirardelli Square, and Conatown.

I've stayed at the Hotel Triton many times in the past. It has now changed management and I felt the front desk service was not as friendly as it used to be. It was a cold weekend and the heating unit was definitely not adequate. There was only a thin duvet on the bed and no extra blankets, so it...

Dear Paula O, Thank you for your review on Trip Advisor - Although not the best rating, we appreciate and value all feedback from our guests! I am proud to say there will be some changes in the coming months - this however has nothing to do with current and/or past management. Hopefully you will visit us again once we...

This hotel was really unique. We love to stay places that are fun and interesting, and boy did we find both in the Hotel Triton. The lobby is like a piece of art. The front desk staff was extremely friendly. We had paid for a queen room and were upgraded to a king because we had booked with the hotel...

I've stayed at Triton multiple times, and I find the experience good and consistent. It's a relatively small hotel with great and very nice and easygoing staff. Rooms are small and usually face some wall with relatively little sunlight, but they are clean, and if you are in SF, you shouldn't plan to spend much of your time in the...

Whimsical mashup lobby and room decor in crayon colors, an always helpful and smiling staff, and walking distance proximity to Chinatown as well as the Moscone Center, Fishermans' Wharf and more made for a standout stay.

We arrived at the Hotel Triton flustered and cranky after long plane delays and lost luggage. We were made at ease and welcome by the Triton staff and provided with an iPhone charger which alleviated some of our immediate concerns. We were delighted to be greeted with a complimentary wine and sweets gift - with thanks to the recommendation of...

We booked in here as part of our 2 centre Honeymoon package. We should have had an upgrade to a King room but this didn't happen as expected. However when we logged into the WiFi (free & good) it asked for any issues so I mentioned this. We missed the 'phone ringing a few minutes later, but when we went...

We had a wonderful 3-night stay at the Triton hotel. The room looked exactly like on the pictures. We booked a premium room and found ourselves on the top floor, with views of the Dragon's Gate and the Coit Tower. Location-wise, it would have been difficult to do better: safe neighborhood, less than a 10-min walk from a BART stop,...

“Rooms are not big, but if you are in San Francisco to explore, it won't matter. It's really fun to people watch from the windows -- we had a clear view of the gate to China Town.”
