I stayed here for a quick weekend trip and really enjoyed it. The lobby is beautiful! We were blown away when we walked in. The staff was very friendly. We were in a corner room and it was really spacious. I enjoyed being by the Union Square area for shopping. At first we wanted to stay somewhere closer to The...

Clean, fairly updated hotel in a central location. Would recommend for your stay in downtown San Francisco. Staff was helpful and friendly. Close to lots of restaurants, great shopping, and many tourist or business activities.

I've stayed at this property several times now and I'll book it for my next trip out, too. It's not the greatest JW Marriott Marquis I've ever been in (that would be Hong Kong), but it's very nice and the location is perfect. Perk: If you are a preferred customer, you will have access to the Executive Lounge on the...

we (a family of 4 with 2 teens) stayed at the jw marriott for 6 nights in the beginning of July. I would like to mention that the hotels location is excellent, only one block from union square where all the action is. We had booked 2 rooms and when we arrived at the hotel my kids got upgraded to...

Location: the hotel's location is excellent. It is close to Union Square and very good restaurants. The only problem and a BIG one is that there is a fire station close by and the sirens keep you up all night. I am a light sleeper so the first night only slept for a couple of hours. Then I understood why...

We really liked this hotel. Great location and very clean and well decorated. The rooms are airy with well appointed bathrooms. Communal areas are lovely and spacious. The only improvements required are: free wifi in rooms and space in fridge for guests to use without having to buy items in it. Would recommend this hotel to all.

Nice quality hotel. Well designed and tastefully decorated spacious rooms. Wireless internet, the pet peeve of mine at hotels across the globe, was spotty but otherwise this hotel met expectations from a JW. Location is very convenient.

I stayed here 10 years ago when it was a different brand and there have not been too many upgrades. Check in was efficient if a bit slow. Part of my floor/ carpet was soaking wet, I reported it yet nothing was done. Someone must have dumped a bucket of water, at least that is what I hope. The room...

This is one of the best Marriott properties that I have stayed in. The entire staff was extremely friendly. The hotel was very clean. The service was excellent. The restaurant and bar created a really nice place to get out of the room. Too bad it was on business or I could have enjoyed it much more. We did have...
