I stayed here couple of years ago and enjoyed the place and its little quirkiness. Service was wonderful. Rooms are picture-worthy. Recently again planned a stay there for a convention in town. Unfortunately, could not make it as son fell sick. I sent them documentation regarding this and although the reservation was non refundable, they went ahead and refunded the...

As a business traveler, I am constantly on the look out for hotels that offer some sort of alternative to the large, multi-national chains. While I need a certain level of functionality and comfort, going back to the same names over and over again can make business travel even more laborious. I was thrilled to stay a The Inn at...

After reviewing multiple hotels on trip advisor, I finally chose this boutique hotel instead of a large chain and I am so very happy I did! My husband and I stayed on the 6th floor in a suite with a separate sitting room (he gets up way earlier than I do). The bathroom was nice with a stall shower and...

Good location, friendly staff - particularly Omar who went out of his way to attend to us. The main downside of the hotel is that a large proportion of the rooms face onto a brick wall very close to the hotel. We did get offered on a room on a higher floor on request, yet turned this down as we...

Finally, we've found the right place to stay in San Francisco. You couldn't ask for a better location, and the amenities in this price range are far in advance of other hotels we've tried -- breakfast included in room price, cookies, wine and cheese, spiffy little chocolate at bedtime, free wi-fi, business center, lots of TV channels. We were upgraded...

My wife and I stayed two nights at the Inn at Union Square and really enjoyed it. Free wi-fi, great continental breakfast and coffee, wine and cheese in the evening and cookies at night all added up to a fun trip to the City. The bed was comfortable, the room was clean and there was always hot water for a...

My boyfriend and I stayed at this gem of an inn during Easter weekend and loved it. Here are our notes and suggestions: - we got champagne on our arrival - great touch! and an upgrade too for no charge - umbrella in the room: good for SF rain - continental breakfast: only suggestion is to change it up since...

We spent 4 nights at the Inn after reading reviews on Trip advisor and were extremely pleased with the entire experience. The staff is amazing, making restaurant recommendations, helping with directions, arranging transportation to the airport and overall going out of their way to make our stay warm and friendly. The morning continental breakfast is a perfect way to start...

What a gem! Everything that needs to be said about this place has been said so I'll be brief. We had never been to San Francisco before and arrived after driving from Vancouver, through Oregon's hinterland and Yosemite. After negotiating the traffic via the Oakland Bridge and admiring the wonderful surrounds at Golden Gate Bridge, the Inn looked quite inconspicuous...

We found the Inn on TripAdvisor, and were pleasantly surprised by it. Small, somewhat dated, but with all the touches that make a few days in a new city interesting. Advice, courtesy, and service were all appreciated. We were even contacted after we returned home. Central to everything this is a great boutique hotel where we will certainly stay again....
