Really nice place, absolutely loved the décor with the trendy kinda "industrial" stylings. Facilities are all great, beds were comfy, room had a fridge, phone and coffee machine and ample storage, towels and toiletries. Really well placed for Fisherman's Wharf (literally round the corner) and Ghirardelli Square, and about a 15-20 minute walk to North Beach, 20-25 to China Town....

Apart from the location I can't think of anything I liked about this hotel, do yourself a favour and stay somewhere else, overpriced and overrated, would not stay here again for free! Walls paper thin, front desk staff going through the motions, courtyard is a joke never saw anyone out there, no place really to sit outside, breakfast was crap,...

Great hotel with comfortable beds and great location. Stayed 3 nights. The front desk lady who checked us in was very friendly. However there was a very rude front desk man who spoke down at me when I requested for the bottles of water on my third night which was provided on my first and second night. He rudely explained (more...

Stayed as a family four and the location was perfect for the wharf area (10 min stroll), Lombard street, and tram experience. It's a short cab to China town (or tram). The room was quiet, modern (interesting style) and great quality. Friendly and helpful front of house staff. Plenty of restaurants nearby and breakfast places. Highly recommend it. Book in...

My husband and I stayed at Pier 2620 from August 31-September 4 and wished we were staying longer. The location was great and it was a short walk to Fisherman's Wharf and North Beach. The rooms were clean and had cool decor. The beds were super comfy. The Staff were super friendly and the room service was great. We did...

We visited the Pier 2620 Fisherman's Wharf hotel and really enjoyed our visit. The best part of the hotel is it's convenient location just a few blocks from Fisherman's Wharf. We loved being so close to the wharf and within walking distance of so many places. Not being from San Francisco, we were a little shocked by the price of...

This hotel is within walking distance of Fishermans Wharf and the tram stops for the rest of the city. Rooms looked as if they had been refreshed recently and are done out in a boutique local wharf feel. We had rooms with access to the lounge which provided a great breakfast. All staff were ready friendly and helpful. I've stayed...

The hotel is excellently situated and we were able to move around with ease. The hotel parking is expensive but probably worth it. The wharf is close by (less than 500 meters) with great restaurants and the Alcatraz Tour Operators are also close by. The rooms are comfortable and newly renovated but the roads are noisy. However you don't spend...

Official Description (provided by the hotel)
Located at the intersection of historic North Beach and world-renowned Fisherman's Wharf, Pier 2620 Hotel is the ideal choice for discerning travelers seeking a break from the ordinary. Because we believe your San Francisco experience shouldn't have to end when you walk into your hotel. We call it "urban sleek," our guests describe it as "industrial chic," "hip nautical," and simply "one of the coolest rooms I've ever stayed in." We're unlike anything else you'll find in Fisherman's Wharf, which is exactly how we like it. Renovated in late 2015, the largest standard guestrooms in the area feature a meticulously curated waterfront-themed décor, with high-end custom finishes. All rooms include: Serta Platinum Suite II mattresses, 55" flat screen TVs with media hubs, complimentary WiFi, eco-friendly bath amenities, in-room safes, mini-fridges and coffee makers. Onsite parking, access to a VIP Club Lounge and 24-hour fitness center are just the start of what makes Pier 2620 Hotel the perfect home away from home. Pier 2620 Hotel's prime location and variety of transportation options provides travelers with easy access to a variety of areas for work and play, including: Moscone Center, Fort Mason, Union Square, SOMA, the Financial District, Fisherman's Wharf, Pier 39, Cable Cars, Ghirardelli Square, Little Italy, Chinatown and the Embarcadero. ... more   less
