This hotel is ideally located as a starting point for all trips, shopping, food, walking as it's on a flat area. Near busses, Muni, & Bart The staff are wonderfully helpful, rooms spotless, beds sooo comphy,

The hotel was clean, great location and priced right because we did not stay on a peak weekend. The location is one of the best in the city, with BART and Muni along with Cable Car out the front door, easy to get from the airport and venture to other parts of the city.

My first visit to this hotel which joined the Hilton Group about 3 years ago. From the outside you would not know it was a Hilton--inside more like an airport checkin area---cold --uninviting--dreary. My room had delightful views- was -dull badly needs upgrading---power points in the wrong areas. Relative to the Hilton across the street--this is the very poor cousin...

Rooms are large and clean. The staff is completely friendly and were very helpful. Mavis at the Hilton Honors front desk is fantastic and is very knowledgeable and efficient! The location of this hotel is right in the heart of downtown SF, Union Square.

Travelled to SF in Sept. 2016. The hotel was decent, but pretty tight for a family of four. The Good: Awesome location. Close to everything. Very walkable to great shopping. Convenient location for self parking up the street. The Bad: Double beds made for a pretty uncomfortable 2 nights sleep. If there are 3-4 reasonably sized people in your party,...

We stayed at the Hilton Parc 55 for two nights in October 2016. The hotel is huge but the amenities are lacking. Check in was easy and the staff was pleasant. Our room was spacious but a little worse for the wear (for the price!). We didn't eat in the hotel, food was a little pricey, but there are plenty...

I stayed here for a couple of nights for business. The hotel reception is on the 2nd floor so a little journey up the escalator. Nothing inconvenient. It's a big hotel but check in was seamless, as was check out. Because of my loyalty status I got "free" breakfast which consisted of a small kiosk with coffee, fruit and muffins....

Beautiful hotel, great location, awesome customer service! Upon arrival our toilet was making a dripping noise and when the front desk texted us asking how our room is we let them know. They had maintenance fix it immediately while we ventured to the bar downstairs for delicious drinks and food!

Great location for walking around to sight-see and shop. Price for the hotel is on the higher side and they do not have a self-parking lot. If you elect to park there it is $62 a night so beware. Staff and facility were great, but be aware there is also a lot of noise from the street level, such as...

We stayed here for SuperBowl 50. The hotel is nice. Everything inside is very expensive, breakfast buffet price was a joke. We just grabbed coffee and sandwich from coffee shop underneath. VERY loud, doesn't matter what floor you are on. You will be woken up by honks, screaming, even loud talking from bar across the street. This hotel is conveniently...
