Well located hotel near Fisherman's Wharf, Ghirardelli, Boudin's restaurant. Proximity to Dylan's Tours pick up location also a factor in choosing this hotel. Room was spacious, modern and clean. Well lit bathroom, with large shower, however the water pressure from the shower head was low. Friendly staff. Able to store our bags after checking out while we went on a...

Hotel rooms are a bit dated. Protesters constantly outside. Hard to sleep when people are protesting at 7 am. Don't come back for an afternoon nap either because they will also be there. Overall average stay. Wouldn't stay again.

Good location. Beds were only double, should offer 2 queens for family. Front desk not friendly. Housekeeping staff was excellent. Nice to have a fridge and pool! Bricks and Beans not good choices for children.

The room was fine. Good, not great. Bathroom needed a fan and some updating. I was surprised that the restaurant in the lobby would not provide room service. I was able to go down and order a meal "to go" and bring it upstairs, but room service would have been preferred. The exercise room was small but adequate. They kept...

Stayed here when in town on business. Hotel was about an $8-11 Lyft ride to the convention center. Not ideal for that location, but for what you save in daily cost, it more than pays for that ride cost. Rooms were very nice. Staff were able to accommodate and early arrival. Room was reasonably quiet and very well equipped with...

Overall we had a very nice stay. The room was large, clean and comfortable. Our King room had a Keurig coffee maker and a refrigerator; and the A/C worked well. A microwave would have been nice, but there is one in the little store that is in the lobby. It had a desk seating area for your computer, a chair...

Picketing outside, late night dance parties in the function room. Last night was a company party until 11PM and after being woken up by picketers at 7AM this Saturday AM there was another dance party until 11PM. The floor is vibrating and bouncing. My kids are zombies and so am I. No sleeping here. I asked to be moved and...

Convenient location and within walking distance to the wharf, Ghirardelli Sq, cable cars, bus, streetcars and tour bus companies. However the area is very touristy and over priced. The rooms are comfortable, spacious and clean but lack any luxury you would expect from the Hyatt brand or for the price you pay. No views as advertised either. Wifi is reasonable....
