This is a nice modern hotel which is close to Fisherman's Wharf, it is about 4 blocks up The hotel has a beachy feel to the rooms which are a good size and so is the bathroom They have a fitness center and an outdoor swimming pool Breakfast is not included but they do serve it in their restaurant, I...

The Hyatt Centric is in the center of Fisherman's Wharf with access to numerous activities and restaurants within walking distance. Make reservations early or use Hyatt points to get the best deals. The staff at the hotel really makes you feel special and comfortable. No hotel in this area is a bargain but the Hyatt is very competitively priced and...

I am on a group trip to various centers in US. This hotel is really tired. The waitrons are rude, very unhelpful. Rooms are so out dated and have that smelly carpet smell. I would not use this facility again.

many restaurants around this hotel. Approx. 5 mins walk to the pier. Hotel is clean. Before you settle for a restaurant, consider walking to the pier and have their famous clam chowder , lobsters and crabs. These seafood stands are 5 mins walk from hotel.

I stayed 5 days at the Hyatt Centric. It is just a short walk to Fisherman's Wharf and to the next Cable Car. The room was disappointing it felt cheap and cold. The comfort is only average. Not at all up to the high price of the room. Service was slow but friendly. They offer free maps of SF. There...

I always have thought of the Fisherman's Wharf area as a bit of a tourist trap and have resisted staying there in the past. This time we tried it as prices and availability were right. Anyway, this hotel had nicely appointed rooms, a decent outdoor pool blocked completely from the wind, and staff that were responsive. For runners/joggers this is...

I've stayed in this area before in several different hotels. They were older and not in great condition I think because they'll rent out anyway. This is where I will always stay, clean, well kept, modern. Close to everything in fishermans wharf.

Not a hotel equal to the reputation Hyatt had precociously earned. No room service. No business center. Not an informed staff as the didn't seem to be aware of new rooms being opened. Overall it is a disappointing Hyatt experience. Will have to re-evaluate my membership.

First off, there are too many things to detail so eventually this will turn into a list. Ultimately, unless you are used to staying in motels, have children, and value the pool, stay somewhere else. My wife and I paid $350/night for this place due to our loyalty to Hyatt, but will not stay here again and will think twice...

This hotel messed up a reservation we'd made 6 months in advance as part of a special event. We were notified the day we were leaving of their mistake, and yet it still took 7 phone calls to get anything worked out. I finally demanded a refund and made a reservation at a wonderful hotel just around the corner. I...
