Anticipated my every need. They treated our family like royalty. They got to know us and were so helpful and friendly. Other than a cold swimming pool, the venue was great. And the location was awesome.

HOTEL’S FAVOURITE REVIEW
Reviewed 10 October 2016

We chose the hotel due to its location to Fisherman Wharf and it didn't disappoint. Five minute walk to all the attractions, shops and eateries on the piers. The hotel itself was lovely, modern and clean - the room was spacious and well appointed and all staff couldn't have been more friendly and helpful. We used the pool each day...

Great place to stay for value & location. Food at the restaurant is over priced and was not that good for what you pay. The restaurant around it have better food and less expensive. Eat breakfast across the street at Hollywood Cafe . Rooms were clean and staff were very friendly and helpful especially the guys by the front entrance...

My husband and I stayed at the Hyatt Centric Fisherman's Wharf with my sister and brother-in-law for a weekend "stay-cation" in the City. I have stayed at this Hyatt before. The hotel lobby and rooms have been modernized. Very chic. The deluxe room is nice and roomy. Huge TV. No tub, but no biggie. The location is awesome! The staff...

Pleasant stay. Loved the location. Valet was expensive but convenient. The pool was nice and a good place to escape the city. Fit our needs perfectly. Was close to cable cars, walking distance to trader joes and safeway. Easy walk to financial, China town, Embarcadero, Ferry building.

Pros: The location of the hotel was great with a short 5 minute walk to Pier 39 and restaurants, shopping, etc. The room was nicely decorated, beds were comfortable, and didn't have any exterior noise. Staff was friendly at the desk and the adjoining restaurant. Cons: NO room service!!! Had to go down to the restaurant every morning and order...

Location, location, location. We have stayed at this hotel three times in the last two years and love it. It's literally right close to everything but far enough from the noise of Fisherman Wharf. The hotel is nice, clean and modern. I am a runner and it is a great treat to be able to hop right onto the boardwalk...
