Stayed here during the christmas week, Hotel was well decorated, staff was friendly but not very helpful. Told them that I wanted to surprise my husband with a cake as it was his birthday, but the staff merely told me that we may get a slice of cake from the restaurant opposite the front desk and that was it. I...

The holiday inn Fisherman's Wharf is a very good hotel to use as a base for exploring San Francisco. The great thing about it being part of a chain is that there's always got to be a certain quality met, and my family & I was not disappointed. The rooms are spacious, with extremely comfy beds and great additional amenities...

The hotel was close to fisherman's wharf and as far as I'm concerned that's the ONLY thing that made this trip worth it! The hotel has two separate buildings, one being old and one being new, and while I can't speak for the new side, the old side is in serious need of an upgrade!! The room was in very...

Very nice. Not luxurious, but as close to a five star as can be. everything was ship ship shape and staff were perfect. Not the newest hotel, so lights could be left on when I left the room. The toilet was not high efficiency. Very clean. Free w]WiFi, but a tad slow.

The hotel was close enough you could easily walk to Pier 39 with kids & enjoy, we took a 3yr old. It is also close enough to enjoy many other attractions & shops. The rooms seemed a little expensive but you don't have to pay for a cab to & from the strip. Breakfast was full of many choices
