This was a great place to stay. I took a party of friends. They all were happy with the accommodation. We enjoyed the breakfasts. The easy access to everything was a treat. The management was cool and efficient. They helped us very willingly.

Entry to room was a normal door, not extra wide, but they may well have rooms specifically for wheelchairs. Definitely contact them, they got back to answer a question we had the next day.

I am a Brit living in North America. The answer depends on how many people and your budget. I always use Uber. Uber is around $30 from SFO to F Wharf, for up to 4 people. The alternative is BART but you have to pay per passenger of course then you have to get from downtown BART to F Wharf (taxi or Uber) so my advice is to just use Uber from A to B.
