We have a daughter who lives near Napa. So we fly in and out of Oakland frequently throughout the year. The flight form Hawaii lands in Oakland late at night. We stayed at this hotel for two nights prior to visiting our daughter. I noted that you may make arrangements, for a fee, to have the town car pick you...

I have long been coming to the Grand Hyatt San Francisco in Union Square. There is probably not a better and more central location in the City. While the move towards a more modern hotel in recent years does the property a disservice, the staff more than makes up for this lowering of physical quality. Most of the staff has...

Love the location- by union square (lots of shopping, skating rink ( for the holidays) ) , the atrium was interesting, nicely updated rooms. We were upgraded to a suite and it had such a lovely view! Just perfect for our little getaway !

This is an excellent hotel. I have stayed here at least 10 times in the last few years and I only stay here. No complaints whatsoever. Hotel property is excellent, staff is friendly. If you are in San Francisco and want an excellent place to stay, the Grand Hyatt is that place. The Grand Club is a great choice of...

Excellent service; excellent location for exploring SAn Francisco (Union square, Moma, wharves, etc. within walking). I checked in early and they found me a room as well as fulfilled some "pre-trip" requests of flowers in the room.

My only complaint was the sleep quality. I found the bed horrible uncomfortable. To the point I woke up every morning in pain. The hotel was gorgeous. The staff was wonderful. Every member was friendly and extremely helpful.

Stayed here in November 2016 for business. I arrived at the hotel around mid-day and was checked in quickly by a very friendly associate. The room was on a high floor and had a good view north, towards the Transamerica Pyramid and 555 California. The hotel looks like it has been renovated, as the rooms were much nicer, lighter and...

Stayed here for two nights on holidays. The location really can't be beat, and views from the room were unreal! Everything is walking distance. Free upgrade to a club room as they recognized Diamond status. Would stay here again.
