Stayed there for two nights over July 4th weekend. I'm a diamond, so my review might be skewed in that regard. Used a suite upgrade for the two night stay and loved the room. The only complaint we had was the bed was too soft. It was a pillowtop that had seen it's better days. Don't like a soft bed...

As a frequent traveler - domestic and international - I realize that things happen - such is life. Additionally, it's almost instinctive to write and complain when something goes wrong. I try to write and compliment the establishment when something goes well and exceeds my expectations. The 4th of July visit was one such occasion when the staff at your...

The hotel is very new looking, rooms recently renovated. Had some issues with the house keeping accidentally taking 2 champagne flutes we brought back from Napa, but the management went above and beyond to alleviate the issue. Really great customer service. Our room had some slight creaking coming from the ceiling, I assume this must have just been a random...

Room was comfortable, but they have only two elevators that go to the restaurant and lounge and they seldom were in service during my stay. I ended up walking around the neighborhood to look for breakfast since I have a knee problem and stair access only was not comfortable for me.

Stayed at Grand Hyatt San Francisco for a work trip in April, 2015. My colleagues switched to the Gran Hyatt a few weeks before the trip because of the Hyatt Gold Passport point promotion that was going on. So glad we did! The property is about 30-40 minutes from the airport, and about $50 one way cab ride. I was...

The ho0tel is located close to all major sightseeing attractions. The conference center and amenities were more than suitable for all 200+ attendees. Perfect for business and pleasure! Staff was helpful and friendly, the Gold Passport is a must.

Our favorite hotel to stay in San Francisco for the excellent service and proximity to many key attractions. You often do not get the overwhelming crowded hotel experience in here, and the staff tend to be extra helpful and hospitable. The hotel has nice amenities and offers several dining options that are good. The views on high floors are terrific....

The best part of this Hyatt is the staff. Everyone is exceptionally helpful. If you can stay on the club floor - it is well worth it. The club room has a great selection for breakfast and the afternoon hors d'oeuvres were delicious. You can make yourself your own cocktail and sit and relax with great views of the city....

Great hotel with very helpful staff, although a liitle on the expensive side. The Gym is on one of the top floors overlooking San Fran, a wondefrul way to work out. The location in Union Square is ideal within easy reach of the main shoping area and Market Street. I would certainly stay here again.
