Admittedly it was a last minute booking at about 6pm but on arrival the receptionist was quite offhand and definitely needs some training. The room she gave us was on the first floor and when we asked for something higher, as my husband has a Hyatt card we hoped this would help, but she said it was the last room...

Thank you for your feedback. First of all, thank you for being our Gold Passport member and we appreciate your support of the Hyatt brand. Secondly, please accept my sincere apology for the disappointment of the size of our guestrooms. During our 2012 renovation, none of our guestrooms were divided in half from our renovation, average size of our rooms...

It was the first time my parents visited the beautiful city of San Francisco. The location of the hotel was very close to Union Square, Market St, and Chinatown. The Pier was a good 15 minute walk from the hotel which is not bad at all (5 min using the trolleys). People were friendly and the room was nice as...

Great hotel experience. Perfect location to walk to everything in the downtown core. The room on the 17th floor was great. Very comfortable beds and pillows. I can't say enough positive about the Concierge folks. They couldn't do enough for us and did everything with a smile. Highly recommend this place.

Your compliment is truly appreciated and I'll share your kind words with the team! Thank you for your recommendation and hope to see you again!

Stayed there for two nights over July 4th weekend. I'm a diamond, so my review might be skewed in that regard. Used a suite upgrade for the two night stay and loved the room. The only complaint we had was the bed was too soft. It was a pillowtop that had seen it's better days. Don't like a soft bed...

As a frequent traveler - domestic and international - I realize that things happen - such is life. Additionally, it's almost instinctive to write and complain when something goes wrong. I try to write and compliment the establishment when something goes well and exceeds my expectations. The 4th of July visit was one such occasion when the staff at your...

The hotel is very new looking, rooms recently renovated. Had some issues with the house keeping accidentally taking 2 champagne flutes we brought back from Napa, but the management went above and beyond to alleviate the issue. Really great customer service. Our room had some slight creaking coming from the ceiling, I assume this must have just been a random...

Room was comfortable, but they have only two elevators that go to the restaurant and lounge and they seldom were in service during my stay. I ended up walking around the neighborhood to look for breakfast since I have a knee problem and stair access only was not comfortable for me.

Stayed at Grand Hyatt San Francisco for a work trip in April, 2015. My colleagues switched to the Gran Hyatt a few weeks before the trip because of the Hyatt Gold Passport point promotion that was going on. So glad we did! The property is about 30-40 minutes from the airport, and about $50 one way cab ride. I was...
