Location Location Location...The staff could not have been more more gracious and accommodating. The rooms/bath are small, but they are clean and well appointed. I also believe larger rooms were available. I felt very safe and was thrilled with the location...central to everything. I did choose to UBER to and from the airport, but BART was one block from the hotel. It was a wonderful experience!
We stayed 3 nights, it was a combination trip business & pleasure, and when we departed we were more rested than when we arrived. Plenty of great places to eat in the area (Sam's Grill, and John's Grill are both amazing), the staff are very knowledgeable about the area! We had wine every night from 5 to 6, take the stairs to the right of the elevators and sit in the balcony and watch below as you sip your wine and the day slides off your shoulders. Definitely stay here if you have the chance!!! Also as an FYI I have never given a 5 star review to any establishment before, so I really loved Galleria Park Hotel :)
Truly enjoyed out recent stay at this gem of a hotel. The staff was friendly and welcoming. The hotel was clean, classy, and comfortable. Enjoyed the daily afternoon happy hour that served wine, this was perfect for us to see the other guests and plan where to have dinner. Will definitely return!
Overall great experience, excellent location situated 5 min walk from BART station. Super friendly & accomodating staff, and charming early 19th century hotel (interior & exterior). Would definitely recommend, or stay here again.
The Galleria Park Hotel exceeded our expectations. It’s a beautiful boutique hotel in a great location near the financial district and also near Union Square. There is great attention to detail here. It’s close to all public transportation including the BART which we took from Oakland in about 30 minutes. Check-in was very easy upon arriving. Since we missed the wine happy hour we were given a complementary bottle of wine which was great customer service. Our room was number 323. It was a great room facing the street but the noise (wasn’t much) never bothered us. The room was very comfortable and roomy. The bathroom was nice and big with a huge walk-in shower with plenty of counter space. The water pressure was great as well. The room includes a mini fridge and a safe, desk and a nice chair to sit down. Nice wooden shutters on the windows with a shade behind it for privacy.. There’s even a flashlight plugged in next to the bed if you needed one. The closet was very big and offered a iron and ironing board and also even an umbrella which is great touch. Lots of USB ports and outlets in the room and the television was a nice flat screen with access to all kinds of movies, Netflix, Hulu, just about anything you want to watch. There’s a nice outdoor area on the third floor for relaxing or even walking as part of it as a walking/jogging path. There’s a complimentary water bottle in the room with a great water refill machine next to the ice maker on our floor. Their complimentary shampoo, conditioner and bath wash from Jonathan Adler were even amazing! The hotel is also within walking distance to almost everything. We walked to Fisherman’s Wharf, Chinatown, Union Square, the Ferry Building, and even to Nob Hill and Little Italy. No issues about safety whatsoever, everything felt safe. There’s lots of restaurants and bars in this area too. The employees at this hotel were all very pleasant, friendly and efficient. This is a great hotel. We loved our stay and would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great place in San Francisco.…
