This is by far one of the best hotels I've ever stayed at! The customer service was exceptional! Especially Bob at the front desk. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone. The continental breakfast was incredible.

The Hotel Drisco doesn't necessarily look or even feel like an exclusive hotel but I would imagine that its customer service is the envy of SF's luxury hotel industry. The staff at the discreet property is incredibly gracious and efficient. For example, I was shown a couple of rooms upon check-in (even if one was an upgrade for an additional...

We were spending one night in the City to visit friends. This is an upscale boutique hotel and although it is very old and the rooms are small, it is full of charm, elegance, and a lot of little extras. They offer cruise like amenities even for a short visit. Lots of extras in your room--like an expresso machine, upscale...

We stayed Saturday and Sunday nights in early December. The prior reviews DO accurately describe the experience. Friendly and fast. The breakfast and evening happy hour are over the top..... it is not at all what you would expect. We stayed here as we had family living around the corner and they were so impressed. They have embarked on renovations...

The hotel is beautiful, the complimentary breakfast is delicious, and the staff is superior! The entire staff is attentive and friendly, and the best of any hotel that I have visited! We loved the wine tasting and horsdouevres in the afternoon. Our room had a sleep sound machine which produced various white noises, I loved it. The lotions are rich...

Thank you to the entire staff, we made a last minute booking for a Saturday night and got the last room in the hotel. Marti and Lauro made us feel welcome immediately. They were kind enough to comp us a half-bottle of champagne (it was our anniversary). We've stayed at the Drisco several times and love the combination of the...

Great room, great bed, great breakfast. Within easy walking distance to Pier 39 and all that's going on there. Easy walk to tour bus stop as well as trolley. The only complaint was there is no on-site dinner available.

Although we were only there for one night, I totally loved this hotel. The views are beautiful, even from the bathroom! They have a wonderful wine tasting cocktail hour and a incredible breakfast. I can't wait to go back!

Just spent a weekend with family in celebration of my daughter's wedding. This was one of the best hotel experiences I've ever had. It is a beautiful and elegant hotel that does not shout its luxury. It feels very San Francisco and every element is focused on low-key comfort. It is not inexpensive, but worth every penny. So many complimentary...

We stayed here this weekend for a family wedding nearby at Presidio. I can't say enough about this place as this is the real flavor of San Francisco. Elegant, inviting, amazing service, and fabulous spread for breakfast and happy hour which is included. The staff was there every minute we had any requests and they couldn't have been more accommodating....
