We stayed two nights here during our short visit to San Francisco. I loved how close we were to the wharf and cable cars as it allowed us to get around without a car for the most part. The rooms were quiet, comfy and clean, and I was impressed with how updated they were! We ate breakfast at Pescatore's (attached...

We stayed at the best Western Tuscan for 4 nights in early July. We usually stay at "higher end" hotels - we chose the Best Western Tuscan based upon location and the positive reviews and I was very pleased with our choice. The hotel is quite fine. The room was on the small side but very clean. What made this...

Such a great hotel. The staff were very helpful and never seemed bothered every time we asked questions. The room wasn't large but it was loads of room for 2 people. It was cleaned daily and restocked. They serve free wine at 5, nice bonus. The location is amazing, a 5 min walk to pier 39 and 3 min walk...

We stayed at the Tuscan Inn for 3 nights at the final stage of our 2 week trip to the US. After some of the hotels that we had seen on the way, it was a relief to stay somewhere so comfortable, clean and inviting. Our room was quite big for a city hotel, very clean and fresh (no stale...

I did a lot of research on where to stay for our San Francisco trip - not only which hotel, but which area. Finally settled on Best Western Plus The Tuscan - and I feel we made the right decision. Arrived on a Saturday - about 1pm. We figured our room would not be ready and we had 3:30 Alcatraz...

When we lied up I was excited as a bellman helped us to our room. However, this is all glitz and glamour. The room was outdated, it took 2 calls and a trip to the front desk for some more towels, and on top of all of this we were up charged on our room. I am very displeased with...

We did a lot of research before booking this hotel and thankfully it was everything that we had hoped for. Excellent hotel that is well located two blocks fro Fisherman's Wharf. Cleanliness is outstanding. Rooms are well appointed and the bed is one of the most comfortable hotel beds I've ever experienced. Hotel is quite expensive but then accommodation in San Francisco isn't cheap. Will definitely stay again if I return.
