Hotel staff was very helpful, the rooms were very clean, great location just a block from all the shopping, restaurants and attractions on the wharf. The king suites are beautiful and the bed was the most comfortable of all the hotels I have ever stayed in. I will definitely stay there again.

We could not have had a more positive experience with this hotel. Everything was great! We were starting off a 4 week honeymoon from Australia and this was a great way to begin. We loved Fisherman's Wharf and this hotel is in walking distance to the nearby attractions (such as the main streets and Ghirardelli Square) without being too noisy...

Great location with good facilities. Excellent fitness center near by that is free to guests. Stayed with family of five in a suite with tow queens and a sofa bed. Location of room was very loud from street noise. Condition was OK. Easy to get to all SF attractions...Fisherman's Wharf, Chinatown, Little Italy. Front desk was very helpful. Internet was...

Feels really old, you can hear outside noise all night, for the money you pay you can get in a better location and better hotel. Wouldn't stay here again. Rooms are really small. Clean hotel, just not a 3 star

I've stayed at several hotels near Fisherman's Wharf over the years and this has got to be the friendliest hotel staff I've ever encountered. From the front desk to the valets to housekeeping, everyone was always friendly and very helpful. We had such a great experience because of them. The wine social (sparkling apple juice for the kids) each evening...

The over all appearance of the hotel, makes you believe that you paid for something nice to spend your vacation. But once insided, its a different story. This overpriced hotel is sooo cramped and small, that is makes you want to leave.

We took our granddaughter here for her first trip to San Francisco. Perfect location for all of the touristy activities in Fisherman's Wharf. This was our second visit to this propoerty and the staff was totally accomodating and friendly. The rooms have been renovated and priced very reasonably for this area. Would stay here again.

This hotel is considered to be in the Fisherman’s Wharf area but be forewarned its not as close as it appears to be on the map. Its about 3 blocks in and off to the side from the wharf area. So you’re looking at about a 15 minute walk to where all the action is. If this doesn’t bother you...
