This is the worst place that I stayed at ever! This place has fallen apart. It's very dirty and located in a dangerous area. The room was terrible, there was no air conditioning and it was like a sauna in the room. Beds were dirty with disgusting stains. The window was broken too. Don't even get me started on the...

Do not stay at this hotel, old run down badly in need of updating, a fair way out of town about 30-40 minutes on the streetcar, there was a funny smell as you walked in the door window frames had mould all round them. Yes the rooms are big, far as we could see were clean enough and had a...

The funk was so bad we looked under the bed...found a sock that must have been left behind by the funkiest wino in San Francisco...we left at12:00 midnight. Couldn't stand it no more!!! We tried to stay the night, but the bed was stinking too...we spent 120.00 for a nightmare getaway...stay far away from this place...a haunted house would have...

Great location to the beach and the muni. Pros: big rooms, free parking. Cons: the trains shake the building and there is a pub next door so patrons can be loud and the walls and windows are very thin. Only 3 blocks from the finish line of bay to breakers. They allow a late check out so I was able...

If you are just looking for a room to sleep in, then this is it! The "free" parking and proximity to Ocean Beach are the best assets of this motel. Although the room was cleaned to the best of the staff's ability, the room had visible mold residue around the bathroom window, paint chippings, rusted sower head and very worn...

Clean rooms, but lots of small things could be repaired or improved. Noisy, due to streetcars and bar, but close to beach and transportation. Not particularly friendly service. Free parking. which is nice, so you don't have to move the car for early morning street cleaning.

The motel looks very nice inside, clean and spacious. It has a mini fridge and microwave. The manager was nice and attentive. The location is close to Ocean Beach. It is in Sunset District, in a residential neighborhood. The motel did not look appealing at first, but the inside is nice. The manager said that they will remodel the facility....

Pros - A good cleaning staff, a bright bathroom (not nice, just bright due to it having a skylight), easy access to the Muni (see below), and proximity card locks on the doors. It is near the beach and only a couple blocks from Golden Gate Park. The bed was actually OK (no bed bugs), if you can get to...

Doing the aids walk tomorrow so decided to stay the night to avoid the crowds and parking nightmare tomorrow. This was one of the only places left. I was $138 for the night which I didn't mind until we checked in. Room is so small the door bangs into the fridge when trying to come or go. Smashed mirror in...
