Absolutely love the location. The room can be more modern and up-to-date with some renovation. Easy access to the Ferry Building and dining options. Considering its location, you don't hear much noise in the room.

Stayed here for a long weekend and had a fantastic time! The employees were all extremely helpful and kind. I loved the dried lavender placed around, the restaurant was delicious and servers were awesome, free coffee and tea in the morning, and everything was spotless....More
The property in general is nice but Needs a serious refurbishment of the rooms. I had a great view which was great but the room had so many problems that i become disillusioned with the the price and value
