I stayed at the Taylor Hotel in June of 2016 and it was one of the worst hotel experiences ever. The rooms were not clean, the mattress you could feel every spring and the room was not climate controlled. There was a lot of street noise and I even had to buy an iron from Walgreens since they weren't in...

Location is close to the Marriott Hotel but it is a million miles away in terms of comfort, cleanliness and service. Small old lift takes you up to your floor but you have to remember to close the door after you otherwise no one else can use. A rooms that has bright yellow walls and bathroom that was probably fashionable...

This hotel is ugly and poorly kept. The service level is very low: no breakfast, no nothing. It feels run down and a bit dirty. The location is great and the owner is not not super friendly, but not unfriendly either. Not worth half what I paid. I wouldn't go unless you run out of options. It's a roof over...

We are doing some extensive traveling and wanted to find a place near Union Square that was reasonably priced. Checking in I was a bit concerned about our choice. The Wi-fi was a bit sketchy, but managed to get a few words out that we arrived in the city safe. There wasn't any coffee offered so we walked to find...

The overall opinion is good. The personnel at desk helped with suggestions and even when losing my cell phone -that lately appeared thanks to the Uber driver-. But I´m concerned as a week later my bank account shows that the 200 usd deposit has not been refunded. So for the time being I´m still waiting to see. Daniel

Let us start with the good: The location of the hotel is good; it is only a 10 to 15-minute walk from Market St (Westfields is on Market St.). So location wise I do recommend the place. The owner is friendly and the place is clean. The Internet is not that great but does the job in case you need...

Every person will have a different perspective and expectation on a hotel. After reading the reviews from many sites, we choose this hotel for the location. Yes, the hotel/rooms were old and outdated but our room was clean with the basic necessities. The staff were pleasant and courteous. We were surprised by the old cage type elevator but not taken...

I used a standard room on a business trip, to join to WWDC16. Close to Union Square, also useful to explore the central of city and Chinatown. The room had no extra furnituret, There were a TV, a bed, a small closet, and a bathroom, that's all. It was difficult to adjust temperature...

If you're looking for luxury, well this hotel is not for you. If you are looking for cheap and good location, then I would highly recommend this place. Don't come in with high expectations. It's a place to sleep. It's not fancy, it's extremely basic. That being said, the location is amazing and couldn't ask for anything better. :)
