This is a very nice hostel to stay at. Clean, good location, and most importantly, very friendly people, great ambiance. I spent there a week in June and I will definitely stay with them again and recommend to friends visiting the city.

Cozzy environment, great location. Small hostel so you don't get so many people in an out , feel more like a big house. Clean bathrooms and kitchen. Lots of activities scheduled by the friendly staff members.

Very clean for a hostel. Safe and comfortable. Possible of sharing of rooms of both genders. No separation of bathroom for different gender. Towels are provided, toiletries are not. There are activities organised throughout the week though I didn't manage to join any. Downside: there are no doors but hey provide you with lockers under your bed to lock up...

Great crew, great people, great vibes. We had a perfect stay in theis little hostel in the heart of San Francisco. It's close enough to basically anything for walking and the vibe is so positive and friendly. I would stay again any time.

The place was great and its been run by nice group of people. They are very friendly and welcoming. It is very close to Financial district and all the shops. The walkable distance to the pier allows you to enjoy morning runs by the water. It is also located to some amazing restaurants in the city.

I love this hostel. A trip to San Francisco just would not be the same without staying here. Can't beat the location and everyone is so nice. I rank it up there with one of the best in the country. It's within walking distance to some of the best restaurants and bars in the city. Close to the cable cars...

This was my first experience in a hostel. I admit, it look a bit getting used to, but everyone there was very understanding. They run the place well. Everyone was kind and helpful in helping me "learn the ropes". If you are staying in San Francisco, whether it be for a night, or a month, or anywhere in between, you...

The hostel is very conveniently located between the financial district and chinatown. It is within walking distance from the BART station, shops and restaurants. There was good wifi connection, a well-equipped kitchen and also individual lockers for securely storing your belongings. The staff were also very friendly and helpful. I had a pleasant stay there.

Staying in Financial District

Neighbourhood Profile
Financial District
The Financial District lies just east of Chinatown but can seem a world apart given it’s San Francisco’s version of Wall Street. The rush of business people make up a hectic weekday and add to a frenetic pace of life, but visitors who spend a few hours walking the narrow streets will be rewarded with fine examples of historic and contemporary architecture, including the iconic Transamerica Pyramid. After business hours, bars and restaurants quickly fill up with happy hour revelers. Stocks aren’t the only kind of market being followed, the Ferry Building Marketplace on the Embarcadero is a gourmet food emporium and farmers market that will satisfy anyone working up an appetite.
