This place was affordable, newly updated and perfect for our stay. Easy walk to Fishermans Wharf and had breakfast and parking included. Great value for the money and easy to get to public transport. Great value!
Stayed in room 106 in the back so there was a little less Van Ness street noise. Loved the micro & frig. King bed was quite comfortable. Bathroom is newer & nice. Room was clean. Nice plantation shutters & flat screen tv. Our room did...More
We stayed in a room with 2 double beds. Room was big enough, also had a couch and coffee table. The room is a little outdated in regards to furnishings, but this doesn't effect the stay - everything was clean and comfortable. A light breakfast...More
Rooms are clean and comfortable, but noisy(could hear outside and the heater that would make a lot of noise as well). Service was poor. Took a while before I could check in, the front desk agent couldn't find my reservation online. I asked direction to...More

Russian Hill has evolved into a chic residential neighborhood with outstanding views from every corner. Combined with several great cafes, restaurants, antique shops and boutiques, it’s easy to see why any visitor would gladly leave their heart in San Francisco. Cars line up day after day to drive down Lombard Street, the “crookedest” street in the world, and make the slow creep downhill past charming period
homes. Polk Street is the main drag in this neighborhood, where you will find trendy bars, cafes and shops populated with locals, but for one of the most charming rides in the city, grab a cable car heading up and down Hyde Street.
Parking is free, but I'd say they only have about 15 spots. I got there early and it wasn't a problem, but it filled up fast. It's one of the last hotels in the Wharf area with free parking that I know of.
