This was a good place to stay if you are looking for something a bit different. Beautiful back garden to sit in if you have extra time, the house is located on a quiet street. Parking was a bit of a gong-show. Nice continental breakfast is included with your stay. Our room was on the main floor, right beside the...

It's great to hear that you felt relaxed while you were here! I'm sorry if it felt a bit small for you, though. We're a Bed and Breakfast, so we want to provide that charm for you. We hope that you still enjoyed your stay, though! Best, Cindy, General Manager

We visited San Fransisco for a family holiday. We did not want to stay in one of the big hotels and wanted something more personal and friendly. Noe's Nest was suggested and after research we took the plunge. First bonus is it is less than 30 minutes from the airport in a car. It is also easily accessible from the...

We're excited that you took the plunge and that you decided to stay with us! It's great to see that you and your family all had a fun time exploring San Francisco through Sheila's accounts of it as well as in real life. We hope to see you again next time you stop by SF! Upon checking-in, I found out that Sheila will do customized tours in her black Mercedes at a reasonable price. So glad we did it, and so lucky she happened to be available (best to make a reservation)! Well worth it for us to gain her 35 years of experience driving in the City. She showed us a part of the...

We have stayed here on two separate occasions. Noe, both the person and the place, are charming, interesting, comfortable, a bit off beat, and thoroughly enjoyable. The convenient location is on a quiet street a block or two from the center of the mission district and a pleasant 10 minute stroll to the nearest BART station.

We really had a great time at Noe's Nest. Sheila is a wonderful host and super cares about her guests. Could not ask for a better place to be in San Francisco. I really like the privacy of a Hotel but Sheila and the staff will make you feel at home. Ellen will take care of you during breakfast wonderfully....

A great place to stay and a visit you will remember. Sheila, the owner/hostess, is a ton of fun, and it is clear she loves people and loves running her B&B and welcoming people to San Francisco. She and the staff will make you feel right at home. The location is great-walk around and look at other beautiful Victorian houses...

I can't thank you enough for your support and recommendation here! It made my day to hear how much fun you all had. We hope that you felt right at home in the View Room (even if the beautiful Rhône wasn't there to look out on!), and if you're ever in the area, we hope to see you again. À...

Wow! What fun Noe's Nest is! It's a lovely classic San Francisco Victorian home close to everything. Clean and tidy but most of all, extremely enchanting! If your smiles were anything like the one I had when reading this review, they must've been ear-to-ear! I'm so glad that you two found our little spot to be enchanting. This is the second hostel I've stayed at who's owner is a Sheila. This place was dirty the food horrible and covered in mould. I find that quirky places lack hygiene and cleanliness. Gina will respond below oh sorry about that blah but next time you're in SF pay us a visit. No you won't and no we won't.

The whimsy and quirkiness of the decor is as described elsewhere. We stayed on the top floor in the View room, aptly named for the panoramic view east to the Bay. Great breakfasts, very comfortable bed, and incredibly helpful owner and staff.
