First of all this place is very family friendly place. Location is a gem. It’s walking distance from everything (10 min walk to Lombard st and 15 min walk to Fisherman’s wharf). The people are very accommodating and let us check in at 12 pm...More
Ok it's expensive but it's San Francisco so you expect it to be and there's parking which is a premium breakfast is just coffee and biscuit but all in all it's just what's needed there's plenty of eateries around so no problem eating or drinking

Russian Hill has evolved into a chic residential neighborhood with outstanding views from every corner. Combined with several great cafes, restaurants, antique shops and boutiques, it’s easy to see why any visitor would gladly leave their heart in San Francisco. Cars line up day after day to drive down Lombard Street, the “crookedest” street in the world, and make the slow creep downhill past charming period
homes. Polk Street is the main drag in this neighborhood, where you will find trendy bars, cafes and shops populated with locals, but for one of the most charming rides in the city, grab a cable car heading up and down Hyde Street.

Thank you for your question! Yes, the pool is heated. We normally will turn off the heat during night time after the fitness center is closed for energy saving and turn back on the heat in the morning.
