I had mice in my room from the first night to the last. Very dirty. Stuff quite impolite, Internet very slow, very few showers for the number of rooms. And bed very unconfortable. Just pay a bit more and choose another hotel or hostel.

An impromptu trip to San Fran, we were just after a place to pop our head. Granted, when we ordered a twin room, I was expecting two twin beds - which is what I got, except they were bunks LOL! This is my bad, though, not the hostels. The mattresses were thin and the pillows this weird plasticky noisy thing,...

Stayed in much better hostels. Bathroom in private room not very clean. Staff are helpful but wouldn't trust their reccomendations. Very noisy at around 6am which meant you was up very early Wouldn't stay again

The one who checked me in doesn't know how to smile, the whole building is showing age, even the beds are showing age, the elevator hasn't been changed since they built the building, you will get a free pancakes if you wanna stand for half an hour and sometimes for more than that, bathrooms are not so clean, the lockers...

We are now towards the end of our CA holiday. After staying in quite a few hostels now unfortunately this one wasn't the best of the bunch. But as you will read from the countless other reviews it serves a purpose. Its cheap (comparatively), central location, and has lots of communal space. We had a 4 person room without an...

You get what you pay for. Very cheap and very simple. Location is great. Super quiet place. The common area is spacefull. The two people elevator doesn't feel safe at all. For people who don't care about this kind of stuff - and the other things that you've alread read at the other comments - and just want to lay...

We had a brilliant time at the San Fran international Hostel. The rooms were decent, and the facilities were pretty good too. But what made our stay was the fantastic staff, I'd like to mention Jose in particular. He was extremely helpful and professional. His local knowledge and willingness to help is what made our stay so great! Highly recommend.

Probably the worst hostel I've ever stayed at! I have so many complaints.. First.. The bathrooms!!!! Don't get me started... It was disgusting! The bathroom is common but all the sinks are in the individual rooms. There was hand sanitizer next to the toilet but it ran out and was out for 2 days!!! Disgusting! Second: The elevator..... It only...

This hostel is located in downtown San Francisco. The location might be great but the rooms are dirty and kind of old. The elevator only fit for two person. The shared bathroom in our floor was not opened. They left us with one share bathroom on the first floor (ONLY). Me and my two other friends have booked this hostel...
