I stayed here for five days in September 14 and although accessible to great shopping I considered this facility definitely overpriced as I was charged in excess of $500 per night and the staff not particularly helpful. My room was comfortable but that was all and no fridge so I would never consider staying here again

We've been to the JW Marriott in San Francisco and though we would stay closer to Union Square this time. Just foot steps away. The staff was wonderful, the hotel's located next to the cable car lines, and your in the heart of Union Square. We would recommend room on a higher floor but you're in the City, there's always...

Ideally located near a client (4 city blocks to Market), street car accessible (on Powell) and one block from Union Square shopping, this has much to offer a business traveler, or tourist. The concierge facility (for Elite members) provides a wonderful breakfast selection--as we repeatedly experienced, with easily approachable, attentive staff. On the ground floor, free wireless is available in...

I have stayed at this hotel several times, and it is great to see that the high standard of professionalism and friendliness that the staff exhibits has been present each time we visit. The location is wonderful, central to all tourist areas. The rooms were well planned, and served our needs very well. Will definitely return again when we are...

I attended a business conference and added a few days to the trip in order to visit our daughter that lives in the Mission District, not far from the hotel. Our king room had great views looking toward Coit Tower and the baseball stadium. The bed was comfortable and the service was great. Cab rides (we use Uber) were short...

Location: cable car trolley stop is across the street at corner of Powell & Sutter. Muni stop is 3 walk at corner of Stockton & Sutter. 10-15 walk to Underground train. Easily access to SFO in around 25 min and cost $8.65. Look for train going to "SFO Airport". Dining: food tastes like it came from frozen or fast food...

Very convenient location to restaurants and all major department stores. The elevator door was noisy. The front desk staff was nice to change our room to a quieter corner room. For a room average $300 a night there was no a makeup mirror. Luckily I brought my own.

The staff make this location, but they are not the only positives of this property. When we arrived we were greeted with a great attitude from the staff who seemed 100% focussed on making this a good stay. We were taken to a lovely corner room on the 29th floor overlooking the bay and The Coit Tower. The porter made...

Super location and staff was excellent. Right in the middle of union square, and very convenient to transportation options. As i said before, staff was very professional and attentive, Rooms were adequate and very clean. Had to give one star off because of the poor food in the restaurant, and no free wireless connection.
