Cleanliness: I found the leftovers of an apple in a corner of the room. Shared bathroom: We are used to staying in hostels with shared bathrooms and we have noticed that in Music City Hotel the number of bathrooms is too small compared to the number of rooms. We found the one bathroom on our floor constantly occupied, and when...

The price was very good in cooperation with other hostels. The location was really good also. There were 3 restrooms and 1 toilet for the 1st floor, so we have to wait to use it sometimes. The room was clean and the front desk service was really good!!

I love the location of this place. The beds were changed every day. That is a plus. I do wish there was a lounge type area for travelers to sit and be social. Not just be confined to our rooms. Overall satisfied

San Francisco filled up fast during the ACS expo and prices were sky high. I'm lucky this option was available, it worked out fine. They have a music recording studio you can use while there, but so far it doesn't have a computer with ProTools or similar software to write and record a song and music while there.

The service was good and efficient. I booked a room with a private bathroom and was very satisfied with the room itself. However, the room was right next to the shared bathrooms on that floor and it was quite noisy from the traffic to and from. As well as the noise from the music room. If you have many early...

All the people who work there are very friendly and helpful. They even offer some shampoo and soaps. Rooms are cleaned every day. The only problem is sometimes they get broken in by some people from the street or thieves. They could do more with the security thing.

The music hotel exceeded my expectations, it was a last minute booking and for the price I expected much less. Friendly front desk, clean rooms, clean shared bathrooms. Our stay here was pleasant, the location was perfect for our tourist activities.

The hotel ha a great location. Very close to a Walgreens store and several restaurants. It's near to Union Square and the Civic Center. The rooms and the beds are very comfortable. The bathrooms are shared but there's no time limit. Great human resource, they can give you tips to start your experience in San Francisco.

Good located! The room we had was way to expensive. Not enough bathrooms. The towels smelled very bad. We had multiple flys in the room and doves in front of our window. The bed was clean. I think the rooms differ a lot so maybe we just didn't got a nice room.

I would propbably stay here again due to the professionalism of the staff. Room was messy though as I was sharing it with several other travelers and the refrigerator on premise needed to be cleaned out before we arrived. (some weird looking slime dish that nobody would touch oozed from the side...I finally threw it out hoping it wouldn't return...
