I had booked a room for my husband and I to stay here, but unfortunately medical circumstances didn’t allow for us to actually go on our trip. But when I called and talked to management, they were super helpful and understanding. I feel like they...More
Comfortable surroundings, welcoming and helpful staff, and the best b&b breakfast in my experience, including great coffee. Conveniently located near mass transit, buses and streetcars and trains. We particularly liked the friendliness of the welcome, the location and the individuality of the rooms etc. Before arriving we had some concerns about the shared bathroom facilities but there was no problem of availability and they were kept spotlessly clean. Nice touches throughout the...More
Charming. Comfortable. Super clean. Great location. Very private. Friendly staff. Public Transportation close. Mike was really nice. Will definitely stay there again the next time we are in San Francisco.

A flourishing commercial area that acts as San Francisco's LGBT community center and cultural heart, the Castro is a neighbourhood welcome to everyone. As one of the first predominantly LGBT neighbourhoods in the United States and currently its largest, it remains one of the epicenters of activism in the nation. Grand theatres and glitzy shops now compete with bars and fashionable eateries for attention,
drawing visitors from around the world to the bright rainbow flag acting as its beacon.
