What an excellent property!!! I was so impressed with everything here I can't even tell you!! Well, Everything but the breakfast...not what I would expect from such a nice experience. But...the rooms, lobby, staff...everything else is great and I cannot wait to go back. Every floor has some of the best furnishings I have ever seen.

Thank You Bozinski! We truly appreciate your wonderful 5 Star review! You have a keen awareness of your surroundings. There are some extraordinary pieces of furniture and antiques here. Many don't notice special features, or rare items unless a guide points them out! We look forward to your next visit!

The adage of "you get what you pay for" holds true with the Queen Anne Hotel. My family and I stayed 3 nights there, and were largely underwhelmed. The hotel has a Victorian design, or at least tries too, but it's clear that they must be trying to transition some furniture out. First, the positive. The woman at the front...

Thank you for staying with us Sum M. Glad you received a lot of useful information and excellent service from Dao. Our cribs are FREE but they should definitely include a mattress! We're embarrassed. Please accept our regrets. Unfortunately there was no request from your OTA (Online Travel Agent) for a crib nor elsewhere on your booking. We recommend to...

The hotel itself is very charming and has a lot of character, is a little off the beaten path, which was the reason I chose this hotel in the first place- however, though the hotel is historic and old, it could still do with some upkeep, the curtains, bed spread and pillow cases in my room were all old, ripped...

Thank you for staying with us Samantha B. during a sold out convention time when rates were higher due to demand. You are absolutely right... It's our job to arrange housekeeping services when you call. That's what we are here for and we truly enjoy assisting our guests. In this case, something clearly went very wrong. Disappointed the conversation went...

The rooms has old and nice furnitures. The rooms are well maintained. The breakfast openings hours are limited. There is a free morning shuttle that must be booked in advance, the shuttle takes you to any adress downtown. 30 min walk to Downtown. The breakfast could be better.

Thank you ThomasGBG, it was a pleasure to host your stay. In order to keep prices the best they can be, we include a continental breakfast with stay. We've expanded it quite a lot since the beginning so be sure to look for all the options... Including hot oatmeal, a waffle station, sausage, hard boiled eggs, bagels with cream cheese,...

Victorian furniture complemented by modern comforts, the hotel was quiet with large rooms, ample towels and a big welcoming lobby with cozy seating areas. The breakfast is entirely adequate, with many choices. Helpful and friendly staff.

We stayed for 2 nights, and had an excellent experience! Here are the highlights: 1. Unique decor--Victorian and over the top, with 2 wonderful fireplaces in the shared space 2. Excellent breakfast (called "Continental", but it included waffles, sausages, hard boiled eggs, bagels/muffins and fruit) 3. Parking was in a safe lot across the street, and about half the price...

Love your review TrDCpr. Thank you! One note about the 'safe parking lot' especially for anyone considering driving into San Francisco and not familiar with the vehicle break-in epidemic. If you must drive, Do Not leave anything in your vehicle or a broken window plus loss of items will result in a short period of time.

Great little hotel in busy city. Close enough to downtown to see everything, far enough out to be able to sleep. Beautiful old Victorian Mansion turned boutique hotel. Has some age issues (but don't we all). Friendly, helpful staff, great location near Japantown, free car service to take you to town in the morning, sherry and home baked cookies in...

We were looking for a romantic getaway weekend that differed from our more typical 'find a luxury hotel near BART' and while browsing Trip Advisor, the site made a good offer for a room at the Queen Anne. We are very glad we took the offer and stayed there. The hotel is in an area of San Francisco where there...

We spent 6 nights at the Queen Anne with my family, and all of us were very pleased with our experience.
