Had a great stay at Adelaide and will be returning. The rooms and common areas where clean. The atmosphere was comfy, and felt like home. Staff was friendly as helpful, rooms where quiet and clean. Outside deck was a nice touch.

Nice building but noisy (at the corner of two busy streets).
I understood that all the private double rooms are the Dakota.
