Very greedy people run this hotel. Pay to park? Why? Rooms are meh, but not horrible though. And they are ot loyal at all. They sell concierge lounge access to non-Platinum Bonvoy members. We spend thousands of dollars with Bonvoy every year and have to give up high floor and lounge access to the unwashed masses. Completely horrible. Service can be improved. And please stop charging for parking!!!

The location was convenient. The pool was nice. Extra fee for parking in an open/ unprotected parking lot was excessive, almost nothing to make a morning tea or coffee for more than 1 person with, no breakfast available that wasn't a full charge, mold growth in the shower area, shower head only partially functional, holes in the sheets, and the bed platforms are a hazard to people as they stick out, at ankle height, past the mattress size!

I fail to understand why this hotel has a rating of 3 stars. For me it was a stellar five star experience. The hotel is located on a hill and has beautiful views. Check in was swift and efficiently done by Dagen. I was upgraded to a beautiful suite room which had a living room and bedroom and a guest toilet as well. Tyrone at the front desk was such a warm person and I wish I knew the names of the others who were equally wonderful staff. The concierge lounge was average as you would find in all USA hotels. It’s closed on the weekends but they provide you with vouchers for breakfast in the restaurant. The breakfast in the restaurant isn’t anything to rave about and it has an omelette bar which isn’t present in the lounge. If I were to criticize only one thing it would be the lack of safety boxes in the rooms which is really very strange to notice in hotels nowadays. You definitely need a car to go around as there is nothing around the hotel but I got literally the full relaxation that I desperately needed. A wonderful stay with awesome staff

My wife and I spent two nights here the last week of September 2023. We stayed in Quincy and rode the MBTA into Boston to visit two museums. Hotel staff were friendly and generally helpful. The hotel is well located, easy off and on from interstate, and they provide a drop-off and pick-up shuttle to the train station that is a mile and a half away. Our room was nice and the mattress was good. We paid $15 a night for self-parking, even though it did not appear that the lot was ever gated. We ate a breakfast and a dinner in their restaurant. Breakfast was adequate, but expensive. Dinner was good, but exceedingly slow service (90 minutes for a salad and a bowl of soup). All included, it cost us $466 to stay two nights here. Overall we liked this hotel, but would not choose to eat in their restaurant; it is, in fact, a detriment to our staying there again. There are no other restaurants nearby, without driving. The rest of our stay here seemed very good, and without the expensive but incredibly slow restaurant, we might have given this a 5.

Our group was a total of 7 rooms, some for two nights and every room was the exact one requested. The logistics of setting up this many rooms and how to pay for all of them was a challenge, but the Events Coordinator, Andrea Weng was very patient with me and made the experience as stress free as possible. As a lifetime platinum elite member, the hotel was clean, people there were friendly and helpful from front desk to eating areas. We spent each night having drinks and snacks in a lively sitting area. There were multiple wedding groups there and the busy atmosphere could have been overwhelming for the support staff, but we did not notice it. The one criticism is the daily charge for parking and for internet if not a Marriott member. This hotel is too good, in my opinion to complicate final bills with these items. Simply do what many other higher end hotels do and roll a large % of those charges into the daily room rate. Charge $30 more per night with no added fees is my suggestion for trouble-free billing and guaranteed revenue. Other than that suggestion, the stay was an A+ for all of us. Great work everyone!

We had the pleasure of staying at this hotel for an off-site family wedding. I would give it a 5 star, except for the in-door pool, which was very cloudy and very, very cold. Everything else was top-notch from the cleanliness of the rooms and common areas to the staff. Self parking is $15 per day. There is plenty of parking, but the hotel was booked solid. So, we had to park in the very far end of the lot (very far end - like at least five minute walk) and the lighting was limited there. In the end, I would not hesitate to return to the property.

This hotel is really nice! The room was big and plenty of space for two people. It was quiet and relaxing. The only issues we had were with the parking. It isn’t cheap to park ($15/day) considering it’s already expensive for the nightly rates. It was also frustrating going in and out of the gated lot. Breakfast was decent. There is a buffet option or menu option. We did the menu option and it was fine. We would stay here again.

I love this hotel. My husband and I stayed here for one night for a nearby wedding. Hotel is spotlessly clean. Staff is friendly and helpful. We felt like we were welcome here from the start. Received upgrade to a beautiful suite because of my Bonvoy level. Our room was fabulous and had a distant view of Boston! Bed and pillows were very comfortable. Ate the buffet breakfast at the restaurant. Lots and lots of food choices! Waitstaff and manager were super attentive. This hotel has a great location and wonderful staff. I stay in a lot of hotels each year. This one really makes their guests feel special.

Comfortable bed. Decent lighting in the room. Good shower. The internet is slow and blips out randomly. I attended for a convention held in the hotel. The spaces were clean and ample. A great feature was their outdoor courtyard, which has tons of seating and tables, while also being walled off to get a scene of privacy for parties and meetings. The biggest negative is the location. This hotel is on top of a steep hill and there is not a single place to eat within walking distance. There's nothing to do on foot from the hotel unless you have hours of free time.

I have a Friend, a guest in your hotel, that arrived Wednesday night. I needed to talk to him to discuss the reason for his visits and the appointments he and I scheduled for him. I have tried for over almost 2 hours to get a person who actually knows something there. I finally figured i would call the restaurant and they could connect me to the front desk. I spoke to a kind employee in the restaurant 3 times. Every time he tried to help he sent me to another extension, no answer. I then called and asked for his manager. He was at the concierge desk. No answer at that desk. Then I pressed another number and ended up with someone in KANSAS who also called the main number and no one answered her either. I called the restaurant again and got the manager who walked the phone out to the front desk. When I got a live person at the front desk and tried to explain my frustration, your pathetic manager at the desk started to explain his woes at the desk and then hung up. Your staff is incompetent rude and they have no idea how to deal with a frustrated justified angry caller. Perhaps my working at the 4 Seasons in Boston, clouded my ability to understand a staff in Quincy Marriott unwilling to acknowledge the frustration and fix the problem. I would never ever stay at such a poorly run hotel with a staff untrained to deal with the situations that arise inevitably in the worst hotel I have dealt with in years. It is the fault of the management staff that must also be understaffed. DO NOT STAY THERE.
