Acadia Pines Motel was my 2nd. choice as my usual place was booked. I had always passed Acadia while traveling about in Bar Harbor for the past 30 years. It isn't the newest place, but it is a great place to stay. The rooms are basic and have excellent wi-fi signal strength, 17.74mb download according to the speed test app...

King size mattress was hard as a rock, room always smelled musty, room decor is from the 80's, walls are paper thin, ice cubes full of white frost. The Price was the only thing good about our experience.

This is our 3rd year at Acadia Pines, and, like the previous years, we are well satisfied with our experience there. Rooms are clean--I mean very clean!--beds are comfortable and it's quiet as you relax or sleep. The staff and owners are pleasant. The grounds are pleasant and spacious. I would recommend it to anyone who is interested in a...

Very clean convenient to everythig inexpensive motel. Megan was the highlight of our visit. No one could have been as helpful and informative as she was, from the way around the park to places to eat, drink and have fun without feeling touristy. Note: bring a travel iron as they don't provide them as most of us are used to...

We spent 9 days in Acadia Pines motel in August and we enjoyed every single one of them. We had stayed here years ago and wanted to book that particular motel. I know what the average price per night in the area is, we have stayed in other places, and Acadia Pines offered the most for the price for a...

Nice quiet place and friendly people. Rooms are clean and the personnel knowledgeable. They do not have a breakfast nor do they have fresh coffee. Only the in room coffee bags which are so-so at best. There is a place next door (easily walkable) with good coffee. The worst part was the internet connection. I was only able to access...

A very nice budget motel, clean rooms, reasonable prices. Allows you to spend more money on the food that is not cheap in Bar Harbor. Close enough to the park and the town to make travel around the island easy. Would visit again.

This was a last minute trip to Acadia National Park, and there was little to no availability near to the park. That is when I stumbled up on this gem with an opening. The price was listed as about $90 per night ($97 including tax), and this was the cheapest I was able to find anywhere near Mt Desert Island....

My wife and I spent two nights here in August. We had king room that was clean and nice with air, small ice box and plenty of room. The best thing was the close location to the Acadia National Park visitors center and bar Harbor. While breakfast was not offered one eating place was next door that served great blueberry...

We stayed here for 2 nights the last week in august. The motel was clean and comfortable. The location was perfect - a short drive to Acadia National Park visitor center entrance; a short drive to downtown Bar Harbor. We walked to the restaurant next door "Mainely Meat" once for a delicious BBQ dinner and then the next day for...
