We stay in Cottage 3 for 5 nights and we have a wonderful time in our cottage. It was warm and we can take our breackfast at the table outside in the garden - very fine. And every day we get coffee from the service! Eden village are near to the Acadia National Park and the very good restaurant 'Log...

If you have ever vacationed with a 2 year old... you know the challenges! Eden Village was great because it was quiet when he needed his nap, there was plenty of space for him to run and play, and he loved looking at the fish in the pond. It was close enough to acadia that we could come back to...

Overall we had a very pleasant stay with our 4 and 2 year olds. The cottage was spacious and well appointed with charm and character. The grounds are kid friendly and there are fun things for the kids to do. Another positive is that the cottages are spread out so there is a feeling of privacy. Overall the value and...

We stayed at Eden Village two nights on our vacation. It was a great place to come back to after exploring Acadia. The rooms are very clean and tidy, the screened porches are great, and the hosts are gracious. Much better and more relaxing than a chain hotel room.

This hotel is probably the best deal in Bar Harbor. It is extremely clean and in a convenient but very quiet setting. They are very helpful and take a lot of pride and care in managing it.

Stayed for four nights in July 2010 with my wife and 9-year-old daughter in a two-bedroom motel unit. We enjoyed it. Clean, and more than adequate unless you insist on luxury. The proprietors were friendly, helpful, and kind, which you may not experience at a chain hotel.

Like the others have said, this is a nice "out of the way" place that is quiet and clean. We had a 2 room suite so my teenager could have her own room. Nothing is all the far on the island, so easy to get to all the hot spots and come home to comfort. I found the owners very...

My 12 yo granddaughter and I spent a week at Eden Village and enjoyed it vey much. The location was close to Acadia Nat'l Park and Bar Harbor. There were restaurants nearby also. Our cottage was quaint and charming in an old fashioned way. I was looking for a family place for the two of us and Eden Village was...

Eden Village met our expectations and more. Unlike some of the other cottages/motel properties along route 3, Eden Village is farther off the road on very well maintained grounds. We stayed in the motel portion with our 2 dogs and could not have been happier. The room was very clean and had all the amenities we were looking for. It...

I have stayed at Eden Villages twice now and enjoyed the stay on both occassions. If you are going to Bar Harbor for a relaxing trip where you don't mind a small element of roughing it than you should stay here. For us being able to grill outside and have the feeling of having our own place, the choice was...
