Unfortunately we only had two nights at Aysgarth Station...would loved to had more. Our room, The Henley, was large, super comfy with everything we needed. Our hosts, Jane and Steve were wonderful, full of great info and great ideas, and the breakfast was fabulous. Only a few short blocks from the middle of town, you can park the car and... More

Aysgarth Station was highly recommended by friends who had visited Bar Harbor last year. It did not disappoint. It is quaint, with delightful and very helpful owners, and on a street just far enough from the action to be quiet, but close enough to walk to all ends of town. The food was wonderful-Jane was superb in dealing with my... More

Fabulous guesthouse. We spent a few days of our honeymoon here. We hiked in the acadia national park nearby. Small but cute tree fall room. Hosts friendly and informative. Breakfasts and complementary drinks really excellent. We would highly recommend

Bar Harbor is a busy and expensive town, so we were pleased to had found this cozy/vintage B&B. Jane is a terrific cook and a very straight forward person. Rooms are really tiny (at least ours), but since you are out most of the time it didn’t matter that much, although it is difficult to get your stuff organized, my... More

Aysgarth Station was an excellent place to stay at Bar Harbor. I think Jane and Steve have thought of everything a person could need or want for a visit to Acadia. We stayed in Treefalls on the third floor which was very comfortable and quiet. Breakfast was terrific every day with a great hot dish included. There is a small... More

The location for this bed and breakfast was perfect for seeing the town on foot. We stayed in the Treefalls Room. It was small, but sufficient. There are good windows that brightened the room despite rain. The bathroom worked well for us. The bed was comfortable. The room had good lighting fixtures. Breakfast was absolutely fabulous. My husband and I... More

We stayed five nights while visiting Acadia Nat'l Park; the trip was a incredible and it was largely due to our accommodations and Innkeepers. Jane and Steve were simply terrific. They were so helpful to us as well as the other guests. Staying that long, you'd think you'd encounter some little mishap, but not the case. We stayed in one... More

We stayed in the Skipton room which was beautifully decorated. Everything is in very good to excellent condition, bathroom was great (including whirlpool tub although we didn't use it to help save water), they had nice fluffy towels and all sorts of toiletries to indulge in. Owners Steve and Jane have thought of everything a guest would appreciate: delicious, gourmet-quality... More

We stayed 3 nights whilst visiting Acadia NP and we loved it. The room was comfortable and beautifully decorated and whilst we were within walking distance to everything in town, the street was very quiet and peaceful. What we enjoyed the most, was Jane's cooking. We certainly looked forward to breakfast every morning. Please visit Bar Harbor and Acadia NP... More

We stayed here just one night and were very impressed. The owners were very nice and not overbearing. They have food and drinks available just about all day. The breakfast was delicious. Something sweet made with fresh blueberries and some sausages. There were also some delicous peaches in some sort of sauce. I ate mine and my husbands. They were... More
