Honestly, I'm in agreement with almost everybody here. The beach is gorgeous. That accommodations are not! So we're at 18 years in the army, I'm used to less-than-perfect military housing. This was right on par with a lot of older army structures. What I found frustrating was that housekeeping was almost nonexistent. I mean, like the worst I've ever had....

The beach is absolutely gorgeous!! The cabin was utilitarian. No, it's not "fancy" nor is it a 5-star hotel. It IS family beach living at its most comfortable! The kids loved mini golf and boogy boarding. Having a shopette, Subway, and gas on site was very convenient - although I would definitely have preferred it opening a little earlier. With...

Let me start off by saying the beach was gorgeous! But the duplexes on the beach were a complete nightmare! Bugs, dirt, power outages, and no air conditioning. At one point during our stay I counted 20 daddy longlegs spiders in the shower! My trailer in Afghanistan was more comfortable!

Caution: this is for all branches of military service and those associated with it (i,e government contractors, etc), only. There is an active US Marine Corps station nearby. Joint Base Hickam Air Force Installation is also nearby. Points of interest include Pearl Harbor about one hour away. For those wanting a little piece of heaven on earth, this is the...

$95 a night. No A/C and only ceiling fans - I called the front desk to ask for a portable fan. You guessed it, no portable fans. The receptionist actually sounded surprised and annoyed I asked for one. The rooms are shabby and obviously not well cared for. Towels, beds, sheets, dinner ware, pots and pans, etc are just this...

For military only. We loved the beach, mini golf and the overall area. The ocean was a little rough, but all the beaches in Hawaii were rough that week. The condo was well equipped with everything you needed. The only problem was that the floor was dirty. It was swept, but not mopped. Our feet were black after a few minutes....

Although we loved having the beach inches away, the cabins were so dated and run down it was really disappointing. Also, although there are quiet hours, they were not at all enforced leaving us with little sleep as others partied around us. Customer service at the reservations counter was awful but the staff at Turtle Cove was awesome. The beach...

We stayed from Monday thru Friday because we could not get reservations on the weekend at short notice. Less than $100 a night for a two bedroom Cabin that slept six people. The beach was unbelievable and one morning we had the beach all to ourselves as far as the eye could see! On Oahu this is something that is...
