Restaurants at aulani are limited. You need reservations for almost every single meal.. breakfast and dinner. There is no buffet for lunch, leaving only one restaurant as a real option available, of course unless you are ok eating hot dogs and fries. Yesterday my wife and i left the kids and tried the buffet.. not even for a 2 person...

First off, in the middle of July, there were people. There were crowds but they didn't bother me at Aulani. We spent two days in Waikiki, and the crowds there are horrible!! Yuck! These crowds are nothing compared to Waikiki. The ambiance was relaxing regardless of all the kids. Some areas were more crowded then others and yes, you need...

This is the perfect hotel for you if you have young kids and want to spend a lot of pool time. Also, it is not located on the lush side of the island so you have to drive quite far to get to real beaches and lush Hawaiian landscapes. The hospitality was great. The restaurant Ama Ama was quite good...

Hubby, 2 kids 10 & 7 and I stayed mid July 2016 for 9 nights. It was a fantastic holiday, it's usually a bit difficult to please all of us 99% of the time but Aulani delivered. The resort is very clean and well maintained. Our 1 bed villa was spacious and very comfortable and well equipped, also very quiet....

This is a wonderful place for families. It has all the wonderful amenities you would expect in a Disney resort without being too Disney. I felt it was more of a Hawaiian resort than a Disney resort (which my husband enjoyed). My kids absolutely loved Auntie's Beach house. While they spent time there I was able to participate in a...

Where do I start? Aulani is nowhere near the hustle-bustle of Waikiki if that's what your looking for, this is quite a drive away. Aulani is not an adult-fun type of resort, with bars/restaurants closing at 10pm, no night club, no bar with music, no singles to mingle with - if that's what your looking for, this is not the...

This resort was amazing. it was better than I expected and better than any brochure I found on Aulani. the pools were great and offered many options for any member of the family. if you want to snorkel don't pay to do it at Disney, go to hanauma bay and do it real, see all kinds of fish and coral,...

Travelled to Aulani in March 2016. Travelled as a family with a 6 year old and 4 year old. We really enjoyed the resort. The kids loved the pool and the waterslide. A small boy had to talk me into going down the 'tunnel' slide - it's pretty dark in there! I also loved that they have well trained life...

We are major Disney fans traveling the world to different Disney properties and traveling with Adventures by Disney on tours. Our Disney obsession would not be complete without a visit to Aulani. We stayed in a luxurious 2 bedroom villa with a full kitchen and laundry. The laundry was amazing! We were able to pack light and wash and dry...

This resort was beautiful but pricey. For the amount you pay it seems that breakfast could be included. You purchase a mug for an additional $20 per person and they have a beverage center for your stay. Anything and everything you want to do has an additional price. The resort has a snorkeling area but it was $20 per person.
