First of all our hostess, Carol, could not have been nicer. She provided valuable assistance in our choice of activities, made us feel at home and even offered to wash our dirty dishes. Best of all was the incredible fresh pineapple Carol provided us, and then cut for us. It was delicious and tasted better than any pineapple I've ever...

We visited Manu Mele in January of 2016. From the moment we drove up, we felt at home. Comfortable, safe and happy! Carol gave us good pointers and was so friendly. The accommodations were perfect for our situation and we couldn't have asked for more. We will definitely stay here when we come back to Oahu. Thanks Carol!

Very comfortable B&B in Kailua. The owner Carol is adorable! The beach is a five minute walk down an access alley, mostly locals so not at all crowded. Private parking, located in a suburban neighborhood, very quiet. Excellent home base for adventures throughout Oahu.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Manu Mele. Carol, the owner was friendly but gave us our space and the property had a warm comfortable feel. We enjoyed using the pool and sitting on the deck in the evenings. It's just a short walk to the beach, and Carol provides numerous items (beach chairs, boogie boards etc.) Our room was...

My husband and I had a lovely stay at Manu Mele in Feb., 2015.The accommodation was clean and comfortable and breakfast was provided. The garden was an oasis of calm after the busyness of Honolulu. I enjoyed daily swims in the pool and the short walk to the beach was convenient for swimming and strolling. Kailua is a charming town...

We stayed here in Feb2015. Carol the owner made our stay very enjoyable. The room was clean and had all we needed for our 8day stay. It is nice to have your own space as it is in Manu Mele, and not be right in someone's home . The beach is close and is not too crowded as at the...

“Staying at Manu Mele was a huge cost saving for us...no parking fee, no cleaning fee, no extra fees at all. Worth going the extra distance to stay out of the city and avoid all the extras fees (parking, cleaning fee etc).”
