We had a wonderful time at Kulima Estates West #64. We booked it throught VRBO.com. (It's listed as #149628). If you want to go to Turtle Bay Resort on the North Shore of Ohau and don't want to pay the high prices, this is the way to go. This is a beautiful condo that sleeps 4-6, is exceptionally clean, tastefully...

We made a reservation in May to stay in a condo at the Turtle Bay Estates in Dec. In September we got a better deal to stay in a house on the ocean through a family friend. We called to cancel the reservation the first week of Oct. In Dec they still had not refunded our deposit and they sent...

Our 2nd floor unit (28w) overlooked the first hole which provided great breakfast views of the golfers and (a negative) early morning noise from mowing of the fairway. You can easily walk to the golf clubhouse (3 min.) and the Turtle Bay beach (<10 min.). The noisy garbage truck came well before 7 a.m. The unit is decently clean and...

We stayed at the Estates at Turtle Bay #147 EAST. We had a GREAT time. If I would do it all over again I would still rather stay at the condos v Turtle Bay Resort. I payed half the price for the condo v resort. I also had 2 full bathrooms, a fully equiped kithchen, and it was quiet. We...

We had a great time at 158 East Kuilima Estates next to the Turtle Bay Resort. The place was newly owned/remodeled and funished. Very clean and quiet. There was a bedroom on the first floor with a Queen bed and a loft on the second floor with a king bed and sofa bed. The kitchen was new, but there was...

We just returned from a week's stay at #99 Kulima Estates East. I would not recommend renting this condo but do not want to discourage you from renting a condo at Turtle Bay altogether. Just be aware that the pictures you see on the internet do not always represent what you will see when you get there! Which is true...

CindysETB, Reservations at Estates at Turtle Bay, responded to this review

There is a lot of confusion on this web site, due to the fact that the condos are privately owned and managed by different companies. The condos are on a property called Kuilima Estates. They complex is not called "The Estates at Turtle Bay", as this web site implies! The Estates at Turtle Bay is the name of our company,...

Having read a few of the previous negative reviews I must say we were a bit apprehensive. Had to check in down at the Kakuku Sugar Mill and must say the office where you pick up the keys could do with a bit of TLC! Wondered then if it was an indications of the accomodation. Check in staff were very...

We arrived at the Kuilima Estates for a 2 week stay in September. The location and area is unbeatable, far from the hussle of Waikiki, the North Shore is THE place to stay for a romantic or family holiday. It is much more secluded, quiet and closer to the smaller towns and true 'island life'. It is also only about...

This place was definitely a home away from home. It was fully furnished with one queen bed, futon bed, tv, washer and drayer, TWO bathrooms, kitchen with cutlery, untensils, cups, glasses, cooking supplies and condiments. It even had a bottle of Chardonnay which may have been courtesy of the owners or from past guests. We dont drink so we didnt...

“This unit has a loft bedroom with steep freestanding spiral stairs which may make it less desirable for young children, the elderly or people who may be disabled. The bathroom is below the bedroom. You could pay 3x the price for a smaller and less private room in the resort or use the price difference to enjoy the resort facilities. We used the difference for things like helicopter tours, riding Segways and dining at the resort.”
