Condo was very clean. It had a great lanai. We had a great view of the courtyard and swimming pool. The hotel was quiet, the staff very friendly and helpfull. Only downfall was we had to drive to restaurants and to get to the beach. Also, our unit only had air conditioning in master bedroom. Had to rent one for...

I picked the Outrigger Palms at Wailea beause it seemed to be quiet and in a nice community which it was. The grounds are well maintained but there are lots of quality issues which would prevent me from returning. We were given a one bedroom condo which was modern and fairly well maintained. However the air conditioning in the bedroom...

We had a little trouble finding reception at first as our satnav insisted on taking us to the wrong entrance but eventually we got there and were made very welcome by th staff on reception.. We were given directions to our room which involved getting back in the car and driving about three quarters of a mile to a different...

We stayed at unit #1207 this month (two bedroom). We were travelling as two couples. This unit is not the greatest for that but would be better suited to a family with two adults and two kids as the bedroom with two twin beds opens onto the living area and the sliding walls leave it exposed. It makes privacy difficult....

Just returned from a 9 day stay here with my wife and 2 daughters aged 8 and 4. This is our second stay here but first in a two bedroom unit. We rented this unit through vacation rental buy owner website and it is managed by Maui Car and Condo. We had unit 704 which has recently been reno'd and...

First impression was good. Stayed in Unit 1503 which was bright and spacious. Kitchen was fully equipped & there was a BBQ on the patio which we made good use of. The unit was what I would consider "surface clean" and could do with a thorough cleaning, and the kitchen appliances could do with updating, as could the main bathroom....

For years, our family has visited "The Palms" and we can't imagine staying anywhere else. Since my first visit a few years ago, we've added a baby into the family...which makes the Palms even better. Very reasonable rates, great amenities, quiet (enough), accessible, and incredibly friendly staff. Even though we're only there for a couple of weeks, the staff seems...

My family & I have stayed at the Palms at Wailea a total of 7 visits. We honestly would not stay anywhere else on Maui. The spaciousness & privacy of condo living cannot be matched by any of the hotels nearby !!! Having said that, the one thing about the Palms that rankles is the wide variation in quality of...

We stayed at this propery in Feb 2012 & booked our reservation directly with Outrigger so did not know our unit number in advance. All of the units are individually owned so decor & degree of upgrades varies from unit to unit. We stayed in 2 bedroom condo, unit 1703. The view out the main window was of a busy...
