This place is not fancy but it was absolutely wonderful. Clean, well stocked and a perfect location. Nothing better than having breakfast on the patio and watching the surfers start their day. The little "private" beach down the street was a special treat to watch the sunset. Walking distance to good restaurants. Ralph was wonderful to work with and his...

The property was nice, right across Cove Park and the view from our villa was great (ocean view). This property is now known was Maui Cove Park Inn. Ralph was very prompt in our request for booking and confirmed almost immediately. Since we were doing a late night check-in, Ralph provided specific instructions to reach and access our villa and...

I would highly recommend these villas. It is also known as Maui Cove Park Inn. Ralph the owner was wonderful. The villas are roomy, clean, and well worth the price. The location is perfect with the ocean and beach right across a low traffic street. Restaurants and shopping is within walking distance. A great park for jogging with a playground...

The '50s style cottages at Lihi Kai (Maui Cove Park Inn) are a wonderful way to enjoy the mellow Maui lifestyle. We stayed in Villa / Cottage 3 and thoroughly enjoyed the indoor space, outside sitting area, available beach equipment, and the 'secret beach' (just across the road - ask Ralph!) The kitchen has a smallish cooking unit, great fridge...

This place is clean, affordable and conveniently located. The best thing about it is how well managed it is. Ralph, the property manager, does an excellent job. The unit had EVERYTHING you might need. Can't wait to return!

The cottages are right on a popular beach - lots of people surfing from early morning - It was lovely to see every day! There's also a smaller more private beach right next to it. Each unit has a small patio area with tables and chairs - very pleasant The room was beautiful, and spacious. Full kitchen (with some food...

My best friend of over 30 years used to travel a lot together and we first stayed at the Lihi Kai in August of 1987. I'm returning to Hawaii this September and will be making my reservation soon because although all nine cottages are identical. The property is a rectangle and there is one cottage at the base that is...

My daughter and I stayed at Maui Cove Park Inn Sept 3-11. It was a perfect location facing west ...waterfront! We stayed in remodeled cabin #6. Very spacious for two of us. 100 steps from a perfect bench, (you may get splashed by the waves) to watch the evening sunsets. Mornings were spent drinking coffee outside our front door watching...

Maui Cove Park Inn (as Lihi Kai is now known) has it all. Great location, very reasonable rates, a stellar manager in Ralph, some of the best snorkeling right out from a little private-seeming beach. I was honestly just a little wary about how reasonable the rates were. My worries were unfounded. I've stayed in Kihei four different times, and...

We had never been to Maui before so booked this place relatively blind as to where we should stay on the island. Wow! We really couldn't have picked a better place! The best snorkeling we experienced during the 8 days we were there was right in front of our door! (including Molokini) - Turtles!! Ralph, the new manager was very...

“2 and 3 are closer to the main road. But nobody I talked to had any problem with sound or anything. I stayed in #4. Not the best updated at the time, but that was more than made up for by the fantastic ocean viewing from the attached covered porch.”
