This is our 3rd time staying at this resort. It is located perfectly on South Kehei road and directly across from Kamaole III beach. The resort property is very well maintained, superb garden grounds, fountains and views from all rooms. The condos are all privatley owned so decor varies and the quality of furnishings, upgrades, etc is differing as per...

The whole experience was perfect. The one bedroom/two bath was clean and right by the beach. Quiet time starts at 10PM and there are a lot of locals that live in this resort so it may be difficult to bring young children (we received a noise complaint at 10:30PM while playing UNO). Overall, GREAT place!!

The property is conviniently located across the beach and very close to many restaurants and grocery stores. The unit we got has a veranda overlooking the beach and you can watch the sunset while you enjoy the comfort of your room.

Stayed in a two bedroom condominium on the fourth floor with partial ocean view for five days. the ocean was barely visible but there was a good view of the pool facilities and courtyard of this condominium complex. This is a large complex with a check-in desk that is open 24 hours (unlike other condominium/hotels I have stayed in). Two...

We stayed at 10-110 kamaole sands in Oct. Room was clean and new. Everything worked including the high speed internet. There is a view of the ocean from the patio that was enjoyed over a sip of wine more than a few times by us. The pool was clean and safe, great for kids. The grounds are well kept and...

I have stayed at the Kamaole Sands 4-5 times as I love the Kihei area. The property is at the south end of Kihei across the street from the beach. I have stayed in several different condos and all were a bit different - depending on the owners taste and budget. Bring plenty of shorts and t shirts as almost...

We took our two teenage daughters to Maui for the first time in August 2009 because there were some fantastic prices available. We didn't know a thing about the area but i searched the internet and found some good reviews on the Kamaole Sands condo/hotel. We were there for ten days and found it very enjoyable. Maui is very expensive...

Our first trip to Hawaii and stayed in Maui. My husband and I arrived at Kamaole Sands staying for 12 days and checked in without any problem. Our room was in building 2 room 302. The condo was clean and beautiful as expected and the grounds were well maintained. From the lanai we could see the ocean and beginnings of...
