Excellent Location. Rental company was first rate. Unit was in good shape. The sliding glass and screen door need minor repairs. The master suite needs a real "king" size bed. Grounds were nice and location to shops and restaurants perfect.

We stayed at this unit for a week and it was quite disappointing. There was no hot water. We called the 800 number and spoke to the owner. He was so rude and obnoxious. When we complained about the cold water, his reply was " this is Maui, there's no hot water in Maui." We were shocked and dismayed. We... More

All units apparently have the exact same floor plan (2 bedroom, 2 bath) so location and condition are the only variants. The style is 1980's. Be aware, there is NO A/C so it gets quite hot during the day, but late afternoons can be breezy. Kitchen is tiny 1-person affair that is mostly adequate but no real storage space for... More

Full disclosure: We knew that this place would not have AC, but thought we could handle it. We stayed in Unit 106. Ground floor, ocean front. This place would be 3.5 to 4.5 stars if it had AC. That is the only huge downfall of this place. They had ceiling fans and a box fan, but that didn't cut it.... More

UNIT: 301 is updated, furnished, comfortable (beds, sofa, & chairs are all good) and equipped nicely enough. No A/C but not a problem for us since the trade winds were adequate. Partial ocean view from the balcony when you look to the right. View of Kihei road and Haleakala. *Note-if you're on the large side or have mobility issues, the... More

This May we took our 7th trip to Maui, but only our 2nd time renting a condo. Along with us were our 3 adult children who paid their own ways. Hotel and rental car split 5 ways--together we could afford a trip and only together this year! Hubby and I looked painstakingly for weeks trying to find a condo that... More

We rented condo #102 and loved being on the ground floor. It's not always easy finding a 2bedroom but finding one this close to the beach was awesome! The unit was clean and had most everything you would need. You are within walking distance of stores and restaurants. The shave ice place across the street and the cinnamon roll place... More

We loved 601! We loved the location and we loved the people! We read terrible reviews about this unit but it was all we could afford for the location. Turns out there is nothing wrong with this unit. its dated but it was clean, nice new linens, lots of dishes and containers. large suite. big windows, comfy bed, full kitchen,... More

The view, with includes Kam 2 beach and the sunset is amazing and I really like the way it is mirrored on the living room wall. I enjoyed the extra high table and chairs on the lanai that gave us a view unobstructed by the balcony bars. Loved that you could catch a yoga class by the sea, go for... More

The best thing abut this unit- location to Kam I and Kam II. Definitely over-priced for the unit. Very tired looking. Stove top is disgusting- you can't clean it. The vacuum cleaner was not working, the sliding glass door on lanai broke the first day. Broiler on oven did not work. Ant problem. It did have most kitchen starter pits... More
