every staff member was extremely friendly and the rooms were so clean and pretty. food was delicious at the preserve restaurant in the hotel. the pool and hot tub by the ocean bungalows was the perfect spot to relax.
We went here as part of the Road to Hana tour. Food was great, and the atmosphere was perfect. I really enjoyed the coconut milk ice cream. The resort looks awesome. I'd love to return to Hana and stay here for a week.

The frig is small and freezer section is basically non existent. I brought a cooler as I have same issues as you. You might be able to have the Front Desk ice your freezer bag or fill it with Ice and put in Bath Tub.
