Everything is so clean and well maintained. The kitchenette in our unit was spotless - even with the white motif. Rest of unit clean too - except the couch needs a shampoo. TV is huge. WiFi is truly high speed (which I appreciate). Concierge Susie was a lot of help. Booked three excursions for us - very knowledgeable. This being...

Then upon arriving i was told "Thursday checkins don't get Ocean view rooms" Then when calling the front desk another night to complain about the full time resident that lives above us, i...

Aloha: Our apologies for the miscommunication and confusing positions regarding ocean view apartments. I will make sure our staff all offers a consistent message. Our resort is predominantly a timeshare resort of 200 units with about 25% of them as privately owned. More than 3/4ths of the rooms that are ocean viewing are booked several years in advance. So for...

We found the Cliffs to be a very nice place to stay if you are in the Princeville area. The condo's themselves are beautiful and much nicer than you will find in a resort. We did not have an ocean view but the grounds are very well kept. The main clarification for this property is that it is primarily a...

The Cliffs are very Clean, there is lots of space, great view of the ocean, the pool and both hot tubs were clean and very enjoyable. It was a very rainy time of the year but still nice and warm. Staff were great. Great location.

The ocean view and mountain view lanais were outstanding and the bedrooms were gorgeous. The area was nice and quiet and with the lanai doors open the cool breeze from the ocean...

Got a 1BR, 2BA condo in building 5. Feels like it has been recently renovated and is quite comfortable with nice furnishings. Pool is a little smallish for the size of the resort, but did have 2 days where we were only ones in it. Tennis courts undergoing renovations, so unable to rate them, but they should be in great...

I was happy to experience the the improved WIFI connection! This has always been one of my favorite places to stay. It's very quiet with stunning views and lots things to do. Housekeeping doesn't use bleach. TIP: I get a spray bottle of Clorox and remove the mold that creates a smell in the kitchen sink & cabinets, showers, windows...
