Sometimes you worry that pictures will not live up to your expectations. Well, ours were certainly met. This has to be THE place in Pale Ke Kua to stay in. Completely unobstructed view in 3 different directions; 270 degrees of majesty. Located on a high point on a steep bluff, you feel as if on the edge of the world....

Pali Ke Kua #118 is awesome. We loved that it is a corner unit so you have a fantastic view from every room (bedroom, kitchen, dining room, living room, foyer and lanai). You can see Bali Hai, the ocean and the mountain waterfalls and you are situated on the corner of a bluff. There is no street or traffic noise...

My husband and I have just returned from a 2 week vacation in Kauai. We have no complaints about the condo we rented, but rather with the rental agency. We rented through Oceanfront Realty (oceanfrontrealty.com) and thought all was well until 4 days into our stay. We had originally booked one week starting 4/6/16 and we're having such a perfect...

Unit 121. Pali Ke Kua is a beautiful oceanfront Cliffside condo complex in Princeville! The positives: Princeville! Amazing location! Only 2 1/2 awesome miles from the Princeville Shopping Plaza, Ground level buys you excellent trade winds and awesome sounds of the ocean, no noise from above from our experience, unobstructed views of Bali Hai from this unit, moderately updated kitchen...

My husband and I are long-time Hawaii residents who chose Kauai for a belated honeymoon location. We were delighted with the setting and views from our unit here (#106); however, were terribly disappointed in the rental management as well as the lack of on-site management. We happen to start our honeymoon at Pali Ke Kua (through Kauai Vacation Rentals) during...

Pali Ke Kua condos are individually owned, so experiences will differ based on the unit rented and expectations. Complex: Pali Ke Kua has a beautiful cliff-top location on the northern side of the island, and is a short drive to Hanalei and other northern attractions. Although the distance between Princeville and Lihue (where the airport, Wal-Mart and Costco are located)...

First time staying in Pali Ke Kua, have stayed other places in Princeville and I like this the best so far. Unit 109 has access to the path leading down towards the beach, beautiful view of the north Shore coast towards Ha'ena. Sunsets are gorgeous from this unit. Would recommend. We also hired a private chef, recommended by Lisa at...

I can still perfectly picture our view off the balcony of #224. What a relaxing setting - sometimes it was hard to leave to go enjoy other parts of the island. There are stunning views up and down the coast and the steep, paved walk down to the beach affords a lovely place to watch the sunset or snorkel over...

This condo is better than anything I have ever experienced in 40 years of traveling all around Kauai. The view alone is worth more than you could ever imagine. The comforts of home, every amenity taken care of. Super great walk-in shower with a rainfall overhead fixture. A beautiful patio equipped with a sun lounger, a table with two chairs...

This unit is oceanfront high bank with tremendous ocean and mountain views from the fron room and patio. It has new carpets and is managed by completely no hassle ocean front realty. Our tiny criticism on an otherwise stellar unit is old linoleum in the bath area. The unit had comfortable seating, great bed, no odd smells or weird stains...
