We are at the St Regis right now, arrived 4 days ago, and this morning at the valet, Matt, was the only person on staff that actually greeted us with a smile and a good morning or any kind of friendly acknowledgement since we arrived. The gal stationed as you walk out the door to valet didn't even look up...

A great place to get away and be pampered. The hotel is beautiful and the staff are attentive, appreciative, and welcoming. Everyone that we encountered from check-in, housekeeping, the bar, the restaurant, valet, and at the pool really made us feel welcome. We had an amazing room with an ocean view and a small terrace. The rooms are well-appointed with...

We just returned from our anniversary trip to this beautiful resort and we are both extremely happy we chose St Regis. We had read some mixed reviews but decided to give it a shot. I honestly can't imagine how anyone could have anything negative to say. The property is immaculately groomed, the staff very well trained and friendly, and the...

The hotel is excellent and the staff is super friendly. A little bit overprice but it is Hawaii. I had some issues with AC in the room and the manager did not hesitate to help us fix the problem. He put us in a better room within minutes. If you are looking for activities in the ocean I would recommend...

We stayed here for five days and four nights, booked through the AMEX Platinum travel. We were upgraded to a room with an outdoor grass patio area,#423. It was a great room, especially with two children (ages 7 & 4). The room itself was good sized with two queen beds, which were comfortable. The decor of the room looked to...

The St. Regis is definitely a splurge, but I am happy we spent a couple of nights in this oasis. The views of the Kauai mountains and beach from the terrace and ocean view rooms is worth the price itself. The hotel is a little dated, but very clean, and has the great hotel smell you want when you're away....

If you like quality for your money, this is it. The views are simply stunning. Breakfast looking at clouds covering the mountains to your left then disappearing to unveil countless waterfalls is priceless. A place you can be one with nature!

So after our trip, which I'll get into in a moment, we went back and read a lot of the previous reviews. My wife and I received a 6 day, 5 night stay here for our honeymoon. Upon arrival we realized how lavish it was. Unbelievable really. The concierge didn't seem to have our low budget in mind, so we sourced our car and activities locally. Everything was expensive, ie, 16$ drinks, 100$ breakfast, 200$ per person massage. Make sure to grab...

As with other St. Regis hotels, the service is wonderful. Expect to not lift a finger. Great bathrooms with "privacy window". Superb view of ocean, pool, and coastline. Close to the bay and the nearby hiking trails. Restaurants are pricey, but the nearby Princeville Shopping Centre has great food at a better price. Don't miss the sunset and champagne toast...but...
