The Kauai inn is located close to the airport, and near the beach, a great location to explore the island. Every morning all the guest share in a continential breakfast of local fruits and pastries ( save some money there). There is also a nice BBQ area if you wish to have your own cookout. The rooms are clean and...

We stayed eleven nights in this hotel in April 2011. Everything was perfect. The room was beautiful. All hotel personel was exceptional, nice and helpful. The breakfast was delicious and helthy. We enjoyed the resident cats around too! We can recommend this hotel to anyone. We want to return here again!

After staying in nice hotels and B&Bs all week my husband and I ended up at Kauai inn. Mostly because it was cheap and we were only staying there one night. The room was small and nothing special, but the next morning I woke up and went to breakfast, and it was quite possibly the best view of the mountains...

We stayed at the Kauai Inn for three nights. Very convenient located, with simple and clean rooms. The sweet animals around the place gave it a very home-y feel. Breakfasts were by no means sumptous, but with coffee, juice, muffins, and bagels, provided everything one needed. I would stay there again in a heartbeat.

My husband and I stayed at this hotel for four nights. While staying at this hotel someone broke into our room and stole my purse. Yes, the rooms are very small, and dated, and need some paint, etc. But be aware, there is no hotel security of any kind. I repeat, no hotel security of any kind. We have not...

Comfortable bed, great breakfast, lovely setting and the staff could not be more helpful and sweet. Great homely atmosphere, tea and coffee avaiable 24/7 and nearly always had the pool to ourselves. If we visit kauai in the future, we will be staying here again.

First of all the location is perfect. Right smack dab in the middle of the island next to the airport. This allowed us to split or vacation half on the north side of the island and half on the south without driving to far either way. If you are going to Kauai to see as much as you can this...

We loved our stay at the Kauai Inn. It was nice and mellow and never seemed crowded. The grounds were beautiful and everything was very clean--inside and out. The rooms were nice. We enjoyed playing cards and hanging out by the pool every evening. The breakfast was awesome, although sometimes we'd leave too early in the morning so we had...

The car rental people recommended this place. We were here on business and forgot to make a reservation. We got a room reservation without any problem. Staff friendly. Loved the beautiful mountain scenary and the wild chickens really were fun to watch. They added to the old country feel. We were surprised that such a low priced hotel had a...
