We spent 2 nights at the Garden Island Inn during our recent trip to Kauai. What a fantastic hotel! Great value for money, beautiful rooms and surrounds, awesome location and friendly, knowledgeable staff. The free snacks are also a lovely touch. The hotel is close to the beach and there are several restaurants, pubs and some souvenir shops located just...

This privately owned boutique hotel was the perfect base camp location for exploring the gorgeous island of Kaua'i. Nice friendly service, and reasonable prices. Comfortable bed, air conditioned room and small kitchenette. I will return.

Spent one night here with my husband after our arrival to Kauai. Was cheerfully greeted by Angela who was knowledgeable about the area and very sweet. The hotel is quaint and has its charm. The room is nothing fancy and well kept, but I did feel it could use a fresh up do in certain areas especially with the bedding...

This Inn was a grand entrance to the Garden Island of Hawaii! Flowers everywhere. I was in room #9, second floor. It was lovely- older style, well-maintained and really funky! I got in late and had had a long day of flying. Cherie was beyond wonderful and welcomed me and showed me how everything worked. She was so helpful and...

We only stayed here one night but wished we had stayed longer. If your looking for a place that won't break the bank and has a great island vibe this is it! There was local art everywhere and hand painted art on the doors. We had a partial view of the ocean from our balcony on the second floor. The...

We stayed at this inn for a night after arrival, and another two before departure. What initially attracted me was the fact that they had a room with four beds - enough space for us and our teens to sleep comfortably. (I don't want to share a bed with either of my kick monster teens!) The room also had a...

ALOHA! Thank you for sharing your experience of comfort, convenience, and care at our hotel. Our rooms have a different decor, bedding options, and size wise to have our receptionist advise which may suit your needs best. Coffee and snacks in the morning great way to start the day with our aloha greeting! Bonus is when our bananas, tangelos or...

This is a wonderful hotel with lots of character. The tropical gardens are lush and a peaceful place to sit and have breakfast or a beer at sunset. The artwork dotted around is lovely to see. The staff are super friendly and helpful with advice about things to do and where to eat.

I can't say enough about the customer service! We only stayed here for one night and our flight got in really late, like after 11pm. We stayed at this hotel during our first night in Kauai. It was super cute, kind of stuck in the 70's (in a good way), and definitely felt like island living. It was walking distance to Kalapaki beach, Duke's, and some other restaurants and shops. The only downside was that we were in a room facing the street, which got...

We spent two nights at the Garden Island Inn. Staff (like Aunties) were friendly & helpful. Borrowed a cooler for our day trips. They have everything needed for the beach too. Shopping & dining within walking distance. Enjoyed some of the amenities at the Marriott complex across the street.
