Nice view if you like the homeless in your back yard. They've taken over the park & live there 24/7. The little pool that 3 units have to share is very scummy. Get used to hearing sirens from the police almost on a daily basis in the middle of the night that have to come to the park to stop... More

We have enjoyed our stay in this very nice home. We had five adults staying in the three bedroom, three bath place. Was clean when we arrive; covered parking for our rental; short walk to the beach with some beach glass finds; very comfortable! We walked to Baby Beach and it was o.k. The tides are rather high at this... More

Wife and I just spent 9 nights at Moana Kai B and loved it! All the info below is accurate. Very well kept, beautiful home and location. Folks need to remember this is the beach and they are combatting elements and people and minor pests. I plan to return! Biggest surprise? Well stocked pantry with all the basics - sugar,... More

My sister asked for help to make her first time visit to Kauai to celebrate her 30th wedding anniversary something special. This 3 BR condo was roomy and wonderfully located for two couples. The beachfront view that took in the private hot tub and freshwater pool was exquisite. It was a direct walk to the beach with no obstructions, just... More

I would like to recommend that you do your research before choosing and island and area to visit. Kauai is very quiet with almost zero nightlife, shopping, or fine dining. Kapaa is a "locals" town and is not for someone who wants to be pampered and catered to. The locals are very pleasant and friendly, but they are not there... More

This was our second stay at Moana Kai Beach house B. Everything was just as great as the first time. The house is always well stocked and clean. You couldn't ask for a better location and view. The pool and hot tub are a huge bonus. It's hard to even consider a resort when you have it all at this... More

We loved the condo and it provided us with every comfort needed, But do bring your earplugs as there was a rooster that lived directly behind this condo. He would screech every morning beginning at 3am and continue this until sunrise. The sound he made was so loud that there was very little you could do to muffle the sound.... More

The view at this house is amazing and the location is central to all parts of the island. We were delighted that the house had everything we needed for a comfortable vacation: beach chairs, snorkel gear, sand toys, water shoes, BBQ, spa, pool, Books on Kauai. We couldn't have been more happy with this rental! Thanks!

We really enjoyed this Beach House! The location was perfect for what we wanted to see and do all over the island. The view from the lanai is breathtaking! The condo was well kept and clean with all the modern conveniences we needed (Wi-fi internet). The pool, hot tub, and jacuzzi were fabulous and luxurious. The owner is very professional... More

After many hours of looking at hotels and condo’s we decided on the Moana Kai Beach House B for our first trip to Hawaii. When I inquired about the condo, I received a phone call within a few hours. Jim was very prompt in communicating with me. Very often, the pictures you see on the internet are not what you... More
