Ive been visiting the Big Island for many years now. In my earlier years, staying in Kailua town and having an "ocean view" unit was at the fore front of the planning list. As the years passed , unit size, condo living, location became more important. Ocean views became less important compared to what I think is more of a...

We recently stayed at the Bay Club in Waikoloa, Hi for two weeks and had a great experience. It is centrally located on the Big Island and we put almost 2,000 miles on a rental car traveling around the island. Several days we just relaxed and enjoyed the resorts features. We plan to go back again next year.

I've been coming to the Bay Club since 2002. Always a great experience, in a great location. Beach access, shopping and restaurants available. Good proximity to Waimea, Mauna Kea and Hawi. If you want to travel to Hilo, you can go through Waikoloa Village and travel the Saddle Road in about an hour and a half.

Amazing resort with amazing customer service. We had such a great experience here and everyone was very friendly. The manager accommodated us on our check out day when one of us was sick. So thankful for such great customer service...above and beyond!

Our stay in April of 2016 was great. From check-in to everyday interactions with the staff was a pleasure. The grounds are beautiful as is the well apportioned suites. Our kitchen had everything needed, with gas grills close by. The shuttle runs all around the massive property with two stops at the large market of shops. We will come back.

We come here every year for two weeks. The units are huge and clean and stylish and well equiped. Never feels crowded. Feels like private condos. On the golf course. Beach is about 15 minute walk or 3 minute drive away.

The resort was beautifully maintained, the staff are nice, the area has a lot of great shopping & restaurants. It is within close distance from very nice beaches. The only drawback was pest management. We found ants in our freshly made bed, upon arrival, and a big roach on the stairwell. Other than that the week there was fine.

Enjoyed our stay at the Bay Club. Great location, close to the main Hilton Waikoloa amenities & the Queens shops for groceries. Really enjoyed their family pool, and regular shuttle service around the area. Because of our relatively short stay, we ate the breakfast buffet at the Hilton each day. If you spend $50+ at a restaurant, you get your...

We had a wonderful anniversary celebration at this resort. The staff was awesome! The only issue was the noise level at The Bay Club. We had an issue with the noise level on the first floor and they moved us to the second floor the very next day. However we still had the same issue because there was a third...

The rooms are are nicely appointed. The beds are comfortable. The staff was one of the most friendly and responsive of any place we have ever stayed at. We were not there to use the club amenities (pool, etc.) so I can't really comment on those features.
