Just back from two weeks on the Big Island of Hawaii. Arrived a few days before our adult children did and had a few days together after they left. We had a terrific time together and it was a joy to see our children relax and enjoy each other's company. We explored several beaches and too a helicopter ride, which...

Located north of Kona, Waikoloa is a great place to launch several adventures. It gives you a reasonable drive to Waimea and the gorgeous Waipio Valley. South is Kona and Captain Cook. A two-hour drive puts you on the wet side of Hilo. Locally, "A - Beach" is worth hanging out at for a while. The other hotels have gear...

We really enjoyed the accommodations at the Bay Club. Clean, comfortable, near the beach, easy walk to shopping. We stayed for an entire week. Resort is about 25 minutes north of the Kona airport and 35 minutes north of Kona. And if you're a golfer, you've got a couple of courses right outside your door.

Nice and comfortable apartment. Great service. We rented a 1 bedroom with our two kids who slept in the living room and it work out great. Drawback if you plan on using the patio: all 1 bedroom apts face the parking lot so not very private. If you have kids you love swimming, try to get a place close the...

Check in and check out processes were smooth; we even had the luxury of changing our room up to the 2nd floor vice ground floor with no problems or delays. We were able to share our vacation with friends and family and they just loved every aspect of the Bay Club. The staff is so professional, friendly and accommodating to...

Great family trip. Definitely recommend island and amenities. Wish we would have gotten more information about the other locations and what benefits if any we would have gotten. The staff were very nice and responsive when called.

My husband, my family and I have been Bay club owners for 20 years. We have enjoyed every visit. The updates the Bay club have been making throughout the years are always well appreciated. The surrounding amenities at Kingsland, the Hilton and Waikaloa village are greatly appreciated and enjoyed at every stay. Everything is within walking distance if you don't...

This was our first experience with HGV Club here since becoming Las Vegas owners and we booked 9 months in advance, so we were very excited to stay here. I was immediately disappointed that as an owner we could not reserve at Kings Landing because we are not Elite owners. We were assigned to a very dated room in building...

we have stayed at this resort four times. This time was the only time we had any complaints at all. I would assume that means that they are fixing them. Lots of new furnishings going in and clean up. Hilton has always stood for quality and this stay met that standard

We own HGVC and could stay at any one of the Waikoloa properties but we prefer Bay Club over all of them. The unit sizes are unmatched, as is the spacious feel of the grounds. We love it every time we come! Top-Notch service!!
