This is our fourth stay at The Greens, and easily the best. We do not golf, but use the location to access various points on the island. The accommodations are excellent and furnished well with everything that is needed. The staff is friendly and responds to requests very quickly. The best part is that the area is rather quiet and...

If memory serves me correctly, I stayed here many years ago. At that time, this place was average at best. Our recent experience was much better. We re-visited for a conference I went to this past January. The location is quite ideal for the Kona side of the island being just about 5 miles up the road from the resort...

I recently stayed at Paniolo Greens when I was on the Big Island for a conference. The conference hotel was on the beach and was upwards of $400/night. All the other hotels in that area were about the same. Paniolo Greens was a fraction of the price. My unit was exceptional for the money. It was spacious, had a great...

I have stayed at Paniolo Greens twice in the past 6 months. The Waikoloa Village location is great for getting around the island without contending with many traffic jams. It's about 30 miles to the Kona Airport & just a bit further to Kailua Kona. When the Saddle Road improvements are complete later this year, it will be pretty convenient...

No problem she had a unit available for us so that was really nice. We were in D block room 209. Very spacious unit and clean loved our balcony nice...

We have been using Paniolo Greens for 6 years, sometimes twice a year for two week business trips. We frequently have extra guests. Paniolo Greens is a good central location for doing things all over the Island. You will have Kona traffic if you go south for shopping or South Point, Captain Cook, etc. Going through Hilo for Volcanoes National...

The unit we stayed in was on the ground floor. Our condo was very clean, roomy, and nicely decorated. Staff was very responsive to any needs we had. We had a wonderful stay and would not hesitate to stay here again.

Like other reviews we found it to be a little outdated. Rented a second floor 2 bedroom unit. Both bedrooms and bathrooms were located upstairs. Would have preferred one of the bathrooms being downstairs. Kitchen was fully equipped including a wine opener. Our unit was away from the road which made it very quiet for sleeping purposes. The staff was...

The resort is a typical timeshare on a golf course. It's clean. In the unit we had,the kitchen, living room and dining room were downstairs and there were two bedrooms upstairs. There was a decent Lani off the living room and if you looked closely you could see a tiny sliver of an ocean. There is not a lot of...
